I love having a boat up there. First time boater and through sales and service, it has been a great experience. Laid back and friendly atmosphere and would highly recommend to anyone. Shelly, Clay, David, & Frank have all been wonderful. Thank you guys.
Full service marina that isn't subjected to strong river currents and debris. Staff is friendly and they enforce no wake restrictions and no jet skis. Longest boating season in the area.
This is the best marina ever they treat you like family I bought a boat then years later needed a hard to find part something that this business would make no money on selling to me but they went beyond far beyond trying to help me find this part and make me happy plus all the other boat owners in the marina treat everyone like family they tell you at the marina the straight deal on what things are going to cost and how it's going to get done and that's the way we want it a straight-shooting marina that when they say something they mean it this place has a mechanic who has such attention to detail I mean when you want it done right neat and clean then choose this place he even wiped his feet every time he got in and out of my boat just a little thing to show me respect that made me feel that these guys are the best mechanics around

good place to store the boat as long as everything is right they had to replace a dock and never tied my boat back up properly the customer service inside is defiantly sub par if you need service action marina in holyoke
This is the best marina on this part of the river. The views are fabulous. It's off the main river so no currents to deal with during docking. The staff are friendly but not always as responsive as they should be. My biggest complaint is the condition of the docks. Last year I went half the season with rotted out boards around my boat. The water service at some spots is not very good and it took quite a while for electric service last year. I have friends with a similar boat docked at a marina close the LI sound and the conditions are so much better it's amazing. they have wifi and cable tv included all for the same price I pay. I hope they step up their game at the oxbow.

There is a great view of a hill which has some flourescent foliage in the fall, also near the water. Good for frisbee tournaments, and driving your private vessel.

We just bought a new Bennington pontoon 21', 90 HP at the Oxbow and the staff are so nice there. Clay was awesome and Shelley was very helpful. Pete gave us our water tour and Paul helped us buy some accessories for the boat. Everyone is really very nice and we felt comfortable buying a boat here and was under no pressure. It took us over a year to find exactly what we were looking for and it was well worth the wait. Thanks to Paul who recommended the Oxbow to us.

Great place for soccer tournaments or Ultimate (frisbee - trademark) tournaments. Loads of parking in the field lots. Absolutely terrible road (Island Rd) to get to Marina! Potholes, narrow, homeowners street parking and maximum 20 mph.
They have a lot of nice athletic fields and plenty of parking. The road to the marina is posted at 20 mph and there's always a cop hiding nearby. It's hard to drive so slowly for so long, but it's worth it.

I've been using these guys for years for storage, service & winterization. I also had them put a new engine in my 1981 Barefoot Nautique. They treat my boat as if it's their own. Top notch.
In my opinion one of the areas best marinas. Full service slip rental is reasonable. Ask for Shelly. She's awesome and very easy to work with.
Smells like grass, lilacs and dead bodies. Water is excruciatingly wet.
