Good for eating, but very loud music inside and also from the streets outside. No windows and no air conditioning. The stuff don't take good care. When you have no other choice.

Ok food.. If you sit at street window you will be offered many things to buy by street vendors. Fake phones, fake silver dollars, fake Viagra, fake girls( that's a dude).

It is a visit after a long time. Half of the second floor was an air-conditioned room. Also, the cheap breakfast set of 129 peso is gone. The two ordered toast, pancake, fried eggs etc. for a total of 450 pesos. It was not delicious at all in terms of taste, and this price felt quite high. The menu has also changed slightly, and I think it has gone up a bit. There are an increasing number of similar stores around the clock, and the advantage of this store is less felt.

Great place to eat Breakfast. Can't go wrong with 159 peso breakfast and coffee. Dinner is great also. Great atmosphere to eat and watch the UFC live.

It is said that the boss changed, but because the location of the corner is quite good, this is a good shop in the Angel City Bar. Great American food, beautiful staff, great live music, a pleasant atmosphere, and very special breakfast, such as Philadelphia sandwiches and chicken wings. Sometimes the meal waits slightly longer.

Nice bar. A lot of screens to watch games. Jallapeno poppers are nice. Local beers in happy hours are market price.

Ok for sports and people watching food is 4 out of 10 it fills you up that's about all.

Beautiful bar in an excellent location. Great food very tasty and a good choice of drinks. A really good atmosphere in this bar and the staff are all really friendly and helpful. I look forward to returning soon.

I visited Angeles during January and February of 2017. I assisted the local RSL with Fiesta 17 and a couple of medical missions out in Bangaya around the city. Phillies became my favourite watering hole because it is clean, open-air and friendly. There is no sleaze in this establishment. The window seats offer a front row seat to the park and the night life of Angeles streets. The food is brilliant, very generous portions and not expensive. The drinks are likewise inexpensive. The management maintain a friendly atmosphere with major sporting events on the multitude of screens through out the two story establishment, there are also live bands almost every night, and last but by no means least, the continuous raffles: great prizes provided by local businesses and very useful too (I won a USB sound bar which I use around my house and garage). So there you have it the best bar in Angeles, no pressure, no sleaze but very entertaining and a great deal of fun !!!

F1 Grand Prix Monaco on big screen with sound. Great place to watch major sporting events. Bottled beer was warm, as was the main floor seating area with only small oscillating fans. Manager Lukas promptly changed my beer for a cold one. Full with customers, so service is very slow - have to leave my seat to order anything. Wifi is also slow here, but it Is the Philippines! Fatoush salad was very tasty dressing but consisted of mostly lettuce and onions..... C'mon don't be so cheap! Average in many ways - but the big sports screen with SOUND keeps me coming back. The staff are also very friendly and seem to really care. Shame about the change in breakfast menu. I go elsewhere for breakfast now - but I miss the excellent service and smiles of the breakfast servers - Joan in particular. Came back an hour later for the Indy 500 race. Ordered Chicken Quesadillas and 25 minutes later the server brought a plate to my table and said, "chicken nuggets". There are No chicken nuggets on the menu, but I think they were Chicken Poppers. Another 20 minutes and Quesadillas were brought to my table with an apology. Quesadillas were delicious and very good value, but served with tiny amounts of tomato sauce and mayo. My request for "more sauce" was promptly met. Salsa and sour cream would make this a winner.... even with a 40p or 50p price increase! I still like the atmosphere here, and the street-view patio with 30% discount on beers. (All day Happy Hour). Hope they improve so I don't need to patronize other places. 3.5 is my rating today..

Seems to be under renovation, while hosting guests. The draft beer is very good! I liked the huge screen where they show sports events. Really disturbing was the permanent heavy traffic on 2 sides of the place. Noise and pollution kill part of the fun and - in a long run - the regular customers.

Waitresses were great but food mediocre at best. Ordered hummus and the pita bread that was served with it was like eating a damn brick

Visited billiards. The pool table is on the second floor. 20 pesos for 1st edition. I had beer and fish and chips. The fish and chips were really bad. No fish.

very poor quality. bad billing. I ordered mango fruitshake , 140p menu price. i asked and waitress said yes it's fresh mango. when I saw the bill they had increased price to 185p. just because....Fruitshake or fresh mango juice in all other places is a big glass 24 oz with lots of pulp. this one was watery, no pulp only 10 oz. it's called "robbing customer blind"
