Nice place the previous owner was a good friend of mine his so nice I think been sold But I saw the Old owner the last time I visit he still looks the same a big warm smile always welcoming his visitors, they have pool tournament and raffle promo food was great and watch sports stuff on TV its location is good for site seeing you can just observe the crowd and the people clean bathrooms and some nice band play music

From 11-15 every work day they have happy hour, all domestic beers for 40 php. Can't beat that. Also nice view of the street and people passing by. Good to spend time. Nice and kind waitress but they take their time to serve you. Pool table available and big screen tv with sports.

I went to Phillies a couple of times last Xmas and found it a great place to hang out good food and drink reasonable prices, the only downside was the constant stream of beggars especially if you're sitting downstairs next to the street but that's my only whinge ut I'm hoping to come back out in February for 3 weeks to escape the harsh winter we're about to have in the UK, so soon as i step off the plane straight to phillies for a nice cold beer abd a fry up lovely jubbly.

Nothing. Phillies use to be a great place. Now ownership and management (especially the managers) have turned it in to a gay bar.

As always service and security are top notch. Sad that it is not at all busy pre xmas and still covid. Food good and quick.

Service is fine and good place to watch sport but the food is mediocre and really overpriced. Many dishes are at least 100 pesos more than elsewhere. Stay away from the roadside seating unless you enjoy inhaling traffic pollution.

Nice place to hang out, but the foods are quite expensive. Beers aren't however! The waitresses' sports style uniforms used to be very sexy before COVID, hope it will be the same soon

Went there the other night, Hubby had lasagna and I don't know what to order the manager Marsha is the one who's taking out our order and she helped me pick my order, I got beef and broccoli and I love it was amazing, Hubby love the lasagna. The manager is super friendly playful too. We had a great time there. Will be back soon. See you soon Marsha. Thank you.

It s the most popular bar by foreigners in Angeles City. I tired vegetarian pizza here and it was delicious. Prices are reasonable. There 2 seperate side sitting rows just next to the walking street so you may watch everything in the streets. This place is also well known by freelancers and they stay outside , try to contact to customers.

Biggest screen TV in town ideal for watching the world cup. Food is reasonable and good cheap drinks. Only let down by constant street traders pestering you to buy things while you are drinking and also lady boys hang outside here at night.
