1st time an associate was very nice, just praying my credit go thru

Purchased sofa and loveseat in July, my wife and I were very pleased with the selection, the prices and our salesman Steve. Also your delivery guys were great, on time, polite and knew what they were doing. We will definitely be back to you store in the future !

Always helpful, no pressure...the building is a bit dated, but they have been around forever. Free delivery for military ID card holders.

High quality furniture with a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. No pressure sales. Sales staff is there to help you find what you want, and not to sell you on something you don't. Have purchased many pieces of furniture from Outten Brothers of Salisbury over the years and will continue too.

delivery and setup came 6 hours late on Friday evening and the guys were in a rush to get off work (seemed that way) they rushed the bedroom in the house and scratched the walls and chipped of small pieces from the wall. totally careless. very unhappy.. It was brand new house and fked up the walls .

Do not waste your money on their furniture or their so called "insurance protection plan". Neither are worth two cents! Very cheaply made product and outrageous wait time for delivery!!!

For regular folks, they are the longest-running furniture business in the Delmarva area. They are the best quality furniture with highest taste. No one can beat that.

This place is a pack of scammers. Claims I bought a warranty for everything except the item that needs to be repaired. AVOID at ALL costs.

Nice store with friendly staff. I recently relocated to Salisbury and was very impressed with how patient Keith was with me (many changes). Also he ensured I would not be sleeping on the floor so he arranged to have my delivery the next day which was appreciated. If you need furniture this is a good place to shop!!!

Was told they would remove old furniture and they didn't. Also they left a dresser in the wrong room and my kids and I had to move it upstairs ourselves

Good people just don't like the close the sale attude just a little too much high pressure to get you to buy right then and there even asking how we were paying before me and my wife made a decision little to pushy sorry guys

My wife ordered a bureau that was delivered scratched. Unfortunately, it wasn t picked up by us until the evening of the delivery after we turned on the bedroom light and we took a straight on view of the piece. We promptly notified the folks at Outten, and they agreed hassle free to replace the piece. We live in a very remote part of the eastern shore... and we often get hassled about home delivery. Outten came out TWICE!! And never gave our location a second thought...

Because of this outten bros has made a first time buyer.... a definite future buyer!!

So i bought sleigh beds for my daughters. One headboard was scared up and other one was cracked. I didn't receive a frame w my full size bed. So i had to go to Salisbury and pick the frame up myself. This is worst experience i ever had in my life purchasing new furniture. Customer service don't take in the satisfaction of customers happiness. I was in the process of purchasing other things major turn off.

The wait time on delivery of their furniture is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!

Salesman was so patient and helpful. Larry in the finance department made it so easy. I would need buy anywhere else

Full disclosure: I do I.T. support for Outten Brothers, but I assure you my review is honest. I do I.T. support for a lot of companies that I don't leave reviews for.

I am in and out of Outten Brothers several times a month and recently I've been finding it more and more difficult to leave. The selection lately is such that I have trouble walking through the showroom without seeing something that I love. The only problem is that I already purchased an incredible living room set from them two years ago.

When I am actively shopping for furniture and not just passing through, I know I can trust one of their salespeople to help me find exactly what I need. There is one that stands above the rest and if you get them, you'll know who I'm talking about.

If you're in the market for furniture and you haven't been to Outten Brothers recently, you owe it to yourself to pay them a visit.

The customer service was awesome. I actually plan to travel a distance to see if they have a new bedroom set I like. I had the insurance that was offered and was glad I did. Place and the employee environment is awesome. If you want top of the line with great financing, this is the place. Also a wide selection of cash and carry.

Furniture is junk. I bought a recliner and didn't realize til later that the foot rest is nothing more than a piece of fabric over the board. The foot rest keeps coming loose. They came out and placed another screw in it but it crooked. More for me
