My wife ordered a bureau that was delivered scratched. Unfortunately, it wasn t picked up by us until the evening of the delivery after we turned on the bedroom light and we took a straight on view of the piece. We promptly notified the folks at Outten, and they agreed hassle free to replace the piece. We live in a very remote part of the eastern shore... and we often get hassled about home delivery. Outten came out TWICE!! And never gave our location a second thought...
At a time when the economy seems to be creating retailers and service people who don t feel the need to follow through after the sale
Outten bros. Appears to be one of the few who plans to maintain customer relationships no matter how good the NOW is..
Because of this outten bros has made a first time buyer.... a definite future buyer!!
