Outback Steakhouse Review

Nice place for a late lunch, good food, it's an Outback, you know what you're going to get. The staff at this location are really nice.

Food was great and service was excellent! Kudos to our server Jerry. He did such a great job.

Waitress and management was very accommodating for our party of 11 people. Exceptional service and food was amazing.....Best Outback I've been too!

Bake potato all the dressing mm mm. Steak prepare as order,Bloomin onion and sauce wow. My guest enjoy her seafood not over cook lobster, crab cakes, shrimps, calamari and chicken we enjoy our meal, Exellent Service. Will come back

Weekly diner after church on Sunday evening. Comfortable and you know what to expect. They never dissapoinfy

The food is always good, if a bit expensive. Everybody needs to try the blooming onion. This location is always very noisy, so be sure to sit close together. It's way too noisy for a large group.

I visited this restaurant to have lunch with a friend. It was a comfortable restaurant to meet at lunchtime. The waitress was the best I've had in a long time. I wish I could recall her name. My friend gave her a large tip because she was so courteous and delightful. We had the small steak which I was concerned it would be tough. It was DELICIOUS and tender. Make this your meeting place for lunch, it is perfect.

Food and drinks were delicious! Service exceeds expectations.

Great day to eat steak on Mother's Day. Our server Marcy was great.

Ordered 2 Caesar salads to go. The To-Go container is ridiculously small and it wasn t even 3/4 full. Not so generous with croutons and cheese either. I d give 2 stars but didn t do a full meal or experience so hard to rate fully.

Always good for a Sit Down dinner or a quick bite. Food always reliable good

Service was excellent. We were seated within 5 minutes as we walked in and our server was bringing drinks within 5 minutes of us sitting down. Food was good. Steak was cooked perfectly and we didn t wait long for the food to arrive. Clean restaurant and clean bathrooms. There was one sink that didn t work to wash your hands, but luckily it wasn t busy when I left.

Great service, not great food choice. Quesadillas. Should have ordered a hamburger or steak.

I have only been a few times. This Outback never disappoints. JAMIE at the bar is AMAZING! So is the Bone In Ribeye! Other favorite is the Blue Cheese Chop Salad. Wait can be long at times so I check peak hours and call ahead to make sure Im not going to wait too long.

Went to an early dinner, so there was no wait around 5. Promptly greeted, we sat at the bar. Service was prompt to begin with, but after our meal was served it slowed a bit. My steak was perfectly cooked, tender and delicious. My companion had grilled salmon, which was unfortunately quite dry. Once the server returned, we asked for a takeaway box. I mentioned that my companion's.
half-eaten salmon, she offered to replace it. She did get it replaced, and we left happy.

The food was great. 15.99 on a 4 course meal was a good offer.

Floyd S. Was a genuinely nice and attentive server. He took great care of us and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. Food was spot on, my steak was cooked exactly as ordered. Was a great experience.

During dinner at Outback in Destin, FL my fiancee let out a cry of pain as she pulled out a piece of her tooth. Immediately, I showed the bartender and she informed the manager, Rhonda Wright, whom addressed my fiancee and myself. Initially we thought my fiancee may have bitten onto a broken piece of the plate but Rhonda said she looked at the particle under light and determined it to be a piece of tooth. I investigated the food closer and realized that the bottom of the baked potato was discolored from the rest of the potato and extremely hard almost porcelin in texture. I showed the bartender the sawed of discolored porcilin-like potato and the informed Rhonda. Rhonda came back out and said she would adjust the bill accordingly. I did not think that was adequate and then Rhonda gave my fiancee her business card with a phone number to Travelers Insurance Company and explaind that the insurance company would initiate a claim that could set up potential dental examinations.

Further, I wondered how the potato could have gotten procelin-like hard and continued to inquire with Rhonda. Rhonda acknowledged that all the baked potaotes were this hard. Rhonda began to use slow business as an excuse but then quickly retracted her comment. Rhonda then began to claim that she did not make the potatoes but yet she is the manager responsible for overall food quality especially common dishes as baked potatoes at a steakhouse. I began to wonder how many other customers complained about these potatoes and if this was a known issue prior to our arrival.

Eventually Rhonda comp'ed the entire bill. But from a "word of mouth" perspective and given that Rhonda acknowledged that ALL the baked potatoes were this hard, it would be difficult for me and my fiancee to consider Outback again considering Rhonda did not offer any kind of incentive or assurance of future food quality related issues. Additionally, word of mouth can either help or hurt a restaurants reputation and I would like this incident to result in our ability to positively recommend Outback to friends and family. Unfortunately, the corporate office has only attempted to discourage us in pursuing this matter further. We are very displeased with this and will be sure to tell everyone we can about this incident. STAY AWAY FROM OUTBACK.

Its okay. Hey for the price u get a nice steak with some good sides. I like it. Waitress and staff was very friendly. I may go here many times. Love the bread and butter

It may be the original, but everything has too much salt...I swelled up from the salad

Liked the lunch special at $15.99 at this date with soup, salad, either chicken or sirloin 6 Oz and cheese cake.

This was my first time ever going to an Outback Steakhouse I was invited by a couple friends of mine and it is awkward Lee located in a shopping center and just the parking lot is hazardous and crazy and the host is a girl was very rude and stared straight at my text saying that I am transgender I guess it made her feel uncomfortable or she did not know how to go about it in a professional way. It's okay I understand she was cute anyway. I had an amazing time with my two friends here and great food just the blooming onion is over-salted my first time ever having one very disappointed my server was on point and I live for him very trans-friendly. Go out back

Lindsey was an awesome server and my husband and I had. A wonderful experience along with track whom stopped by..
And a very pleasant manager also ensured we where enjoying our experience...

Some of the Outback restaurants are only fair. If you come across a good one, as I did, be sure to go back to that one. Friendly and courteous employees.

I give this spot a thumbs up. The service here is better than most. The prices are fair for the quality of food.

Over cooked steak, undercooked fish, & burned onion. Still charged me for everything. Even the items sent back. I was embarrassed to try & ask for the manager, when I had already pointed everything out my waitress. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I haven't eaten at any Outback since!

Caesar salad was a little sad, but the sirloin steak was great.

It was amazing our waiter Charles was so nice and we got seated very quickly.

My daughter and I went for lunch. We waited a bit longer than usual for our lunches. The manager came over and said that she would take care of the check since we had to wait. We wanted dessert and said that we would pay for that. She took care of that too. It was very unexpected especially since our wait wasn't awful. Great job Outback!

Very good meal. Was initially offered a seat by the bar, we declined due to the noise. We were then offered another seat on the back wall which was much quieter. The food here was extremely tasty. We only spoke with the waiter when ordering drinks, when our meal was delivered and when we received the check. Good place to eat a quiet meal.

The food at this south tampa one was amazing. We pigged out.150 dollars but worth every. Dollar. The pork chop i ordered was the best pork chop on earth. Like a steak. Great service.

Always have a good time here. We have had several really great servers and the kids love the bread.
