Never a disappointment. The food is ways fantastic and the servers always quick on their orders.

Food and service was great. Drinks were a little weak but overall good service and food.

Went here on Easter Sunday to enjoy dinner with my family, we walked in and the host up front asked how many, we told her and then we asked if we could please have a booth. Another guy came up and offered a booth and I said it was good and didn't tell us to follow him or anything so the other female host snapped and me and said in a very rude attitude "you can go enjoy" and rolled her eyes at me. I was very upset and felt uncomfortable so we just got up and left, I spoke with the manager named Nicole and she didn't seem to care either. It's funny because on the way here we were actually just talking about how horrible customer service is every where now and then we get treated this way. We only done at this outback but now we won't be going here anymore. I will also be emailing corporate because I'm sick of the attitude everywhere we go. I was very polite I'm actually a host for Olive Garden so I know the industry VERY well and even when customers have been very rude to me I was NEVER rude to them

By far the best Outback we've been to so far. Switching to make this our new go to. The food was amazing and brought to us quick as well as hot. And our server ( sorry, I don't remember your name ), well she was completely on point. She was friendly ,but not in the overly annoying way some servers get. She had several other tables and we noticed that not only did she treat all with the same exuberance, but she monitored all and brought refills without having to be flagged down. Basically, from the host to the manager, to the kitchen staff and server, this branch of the chain is definitely doing EVERYTHING right.

I had dirty silverware 4 times in a row. they kept bring me dirty silverware. GROSS

Horrible service which turns out to be the shift manager. Take tour food and go!

Nothing like the original Outback Steakhouse. Gotta have that Alice Springs chicken!

Floor was a bit slippery bit food and service was good.

This is the BEST outback by far... filet mignon was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUSLY GREAT! Been to all the OTHER locations, this one on Henderson ave, hats off to the cook who prepared my steak, FINALLY...One appreciated foodie...yum

Always a great experience here. The food was fantastic and the staff is amazing.

My husband ordered baked sweet potato, steamed broccoli and the 22 ounce Bone-in Ribeye. What a beautiful piece of beef served at the perfect temperature.

Ordered fried shrimp with fries which were soggy but coconut shrimp was good..however, every drink I ordered at the bar tasted horrible..need better Bartenders who know the right portions.

The Outback is not what it used to be. The quality of the food is not the same. Very disappointing!!

This particular Outback has been an up and down establishment. It's local to us and we've been maybe three times in 4 years. The first visit(2014) was mediocre, dirty floors and overcooked steaks. The manager was quick to correct the mistakes and offered gift cards.
The next visit, about 6 months later, was an absolute travesty. We went during one of their shrimp feast promotions. The service was horrible(took over an hour for our food), the food was below par(once again, overcooked steaks and rubbery shrimp) and the manager actually blamed all the issues on the shrimp promo, stating that "This kind of thing happens every time we run a shrimp feast".
Our last visit was a few weeks ago(2018) was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, the staff was unbelievably pleasant, and the food was cooked perfectly. I can only hope they hold this standard.

Bloomin Monday! Thanks for the terrific onion. It was the best cooked onion we have ever gotten; usually half is unbeatable but this time we were able to eat all of it, so good. That, some bread, and a Dr. PEPPER was a great lunch. See ya next time.

You can't go wrong with steak at this location. It is cooked to perfection each time. The staff is friendly and attentive. Steak and lobster are my favorites.

Very good! Tried center cut sirloin with mixed vegetables and mushrooms in wine sauce. So good and I can't remember the last I said that about Outback.

My family and I were amazed at how wonderful our waitress and the manager were to us. My daughter had just graduated HCC as a firefighter and we went here for dinner. The waitress, I wish I could remember her name, informed the manager of our celebration and they came over with a congratulations card with several coupons and paid for a dessert for my daughter. It was such a kind gesture and really made my daughters night. Thank you again for making the experience special for her. The food was also awesome although too much seasoning on the steaks!

I give up on this location. I would give it zero stars if I could. Servers are great but kitchen staff is terrible. it is pretty sad when a steakhouse can never cook your steak the way you order it, today marked the fourth time in a row that we visited this location and I was unable to get my steak cooked the way I ordered it. Do yourself a favor and visit a different outback location because this one just can't seem to get it together. What irritates me the most is that the manager Kathy told me they had the best chef on tonight, come on really and you still couldn't cook my steak medium... I was offered a half assed apology with no discount.

Ordered Togo from here many times. Orders are always correct and on time. Will continue to order from here.

Good service; poor value for food ; very overpriced;

I'm not a meat eater. I ordered from the side dishes and had lobster tails, garlic shrimp and coconut shrimp. My cousin had flank steak with bourbon sauce and mashed potatoes. We also had the blooming onion for the first time. I didn't like it but she loved it. The wait staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They always kept us apprised about what was going on with our order.

Quick bite before my flight out of town. Hood experience.

Whether your dining in or just grabbing dinner on your way home, the service here is fantastic. The food seems to taste better than other Outback locations also.

I love Outback. Some of my favorites are: Ribeye, Lobster tails, prime rib grilled, house side salad, seared ahi tuna and French onion soup.

Consistently late with deliveries. If you call them, expect to be on hold for about 10 minutes as they scramble to figure out where your food actually is. More often than not, it'll be half an hour past the expected time for delivery and it still hasn't even left the restaurant. Staff is unapologetic.

Watch out for French onion soup there could be hair.

Great food, good service, good music, great waitress. Had a great time and steak so good. I don't like steak so for me that is saying something. My daughter who is 9 doesn't like to eat anything had a Jr. Steak and eat every bit. So thanks to the cook. All in all was a great family night.

Its Outback. Consistent at most of their restaurants. Time it right and you can avoid a wait.

The food was great but our server was a little rude.

The epicenter of suburban barf. Low quality food that is consistently bad. Hopefully they will not cook up the wild horses that will be required to drag me back.

Here on vacation , great location from our hotel and great food and drinks and service tonight we had Micheal he was on top of things.

I went there today for a nice quiet solo lunch. I enjoyed every minute of it. Jance was an excellent server and was very attentive. I ordered steak tacos and they were absolutely delicious.

The General Manager is the most friendly and kind person you would ever meet. My favourite entree is the 9oz Victoria Filet, cooked amazing with very reasonable pricing

Look I had a bad experience with outback 5 years ago and vowed I would never go back. Well I went back tonight 12/27/2018 and I was going because that's where my sister wanted to have her birthday dinner. So with reluctance I went hoping the experience would be better, and it wasn't. My girlfriends steak was too cooked, she asked for rare and got medium. My steak was undercooked, I asked for medium and got medium rare. However the service was really good. And I didnt get sick this time. I just wish you guys had paid more attention to how our food was supposed to be cooked.

I love steak! We usually go to longhorns but Outback is so much better hands down. Their drinks and food is so much better!

Where to start and where to begin!!!!!

Went here and ordered the crab cake as an appetizer... BIG MISTAKE!!!! It was more cake than crab!!! It was very mushy... my waitress came and corrected it....

Or so I thought

She brought out another batch, tasted the same just crisped the edges...

I ordered the chicken and shrimp alfredo...

Ok, so I get my food thinking I'm about to chow down!! NOPE!!

FIRST MISTAKE:
The pasta was VERY bland!!!

SECOND MISTAKE:
The chicken was still PINK!!! I continued to cut into to see if I was going crazy... I was NOT!!! It was pink as if it were just cooked on the outside and the inside they just said forget about it, send it out.... NO WAY!!!!

THIRD MISTAKE:
The shrimp was undercooked!!!!!! So one side was cooked but the other side was still gray I was over it by then.

The waitress saw my face before she walked over and looked at me as if I were bothering her..

I showed her the pink chicken and gray shrimp, she asked if I would like anything else.. uh... no, thank you!!

The manager came over and took care of the bill and I left, hungry and disappointed...

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Only bad thing is they took the NZ Lamb off the menu

The service was extraordinary, the establishment was very clean & appealing to the eye, and of course the food was excellent! I've never had a bad experience at any Outback location.

Nothing new, food was good, service was great. As a whole, they need to change & bring something new.

This is the first original Outback. The food here has always been outstanding but I was not happy with our last outing. The steak and the potatoes had way too much salt.
