Otown Tan Review

While the beds are good and the staff is friendly, I came in to cancel my subscription and the staff mentioned that it was cancelled. Meanwhile, my credit card went over the limit because, in fact, the subscription was NOT cancelled. So I have over-draft fees to pay because my account was not properly cancelled, and my previous amount taken out was refused to be refunded back into my account. If you are subscribing to the monthly plans, make sure you are using a card that can be scrapped because there will be a chance they will not cancel as requested and they will not refund a payment. The beds and staff are great, but financially, I do not trust them with my money. I will not recommend this business to anyone.

Place closed up but they still sold monthly memberships until right to the end. Sad....

The staff are very friendly and helpful every time I visit. Place and beds always very clean. Never had to wait. Can't complain at all.

Faith was very professional and super friendly...she was very thorough in explaining the tanning bed process to me since it was my first time. She recommended the right tanning lotions and made me def want to keep doing business here. I spoke with Alex earlier when I called and she was also very friendly and professional. I loved my tanning experience will def be back.

I came here a few years ago to get a spray tan in the Pura booth and it came out fine, so when I was planning my tan for my wedding this week, it was a no brainer to come back and use Otown Tan for my spray tan. Not sure if it s a different machine then what I used years prior, but even after following the employees instructions to a T, the jets missed an entire streak down my arms. I called to see if there was anything they can do to fix it as my wedding was the next day and they offered to do a touch up spray for me. Unfortunately the touch up came out worse then if I would have just left the blank space down my arm. One arm came out like 2-3x darker than the other and it was extremely patchy and looked so gross around my wrists. I couldn t even use some of my wedding pictures because the tan looks so terrible around my hands. Really disappointed.

After trying a spray tan for the first time here I WILL NEVER do it again. These people have been giving me the run around about not giving me a refund. However they did offer another tan, like I would want to turn out looking like this again. My Valentine s Day outfit and event was RUINED. DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!!!!
