Nice car wash. What I like about it is so homey! The have decorations for all times of the year
It is extremely clean. Has free vacuums. Parking lot is real nice, also! Reasonable prices. If you buy nine washes the tenth one is free. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Right by Cub Foods. Great location!! You must try this car wash.

Washed my car here a year ago, and since then I've taken care to go to other locations in Rochester.

One of the washing machinery pieces caught on my driver side view mirror and ripped off the backing. It is a $200 piece. Carol went into the wash, grabbed it, and popped it back in. Minor cosmetic damages (some scratches) on a brand-new car.

Carol was very nice and took down my information, offered to replace it and call back when the piece was in. The picture is from her notes (as evidence, I suppose); I've taken out my name and number.

It's been a year. Since then I've called a couple of times to no avail--perhaps she forgot, but it seems like there is no intention to actually go through with replacing it. At first I was worried that the piece wouldn't hold, but over this year it has held up fine, so it really was just the cosmetic damages! Thank goodness.

I'm not upset with the wash or the workers; they've been (on average, had one bad interaction on the phone) very Minnesotan nice in our interactions. I was perhaps just unlucky hence the 2 stars instead of 1. However, a car wash just shouldn't knock off a part of your car, and this has never happened to me before or again at any other wash.

From customer to customer, I personally am not going through this wash again, and I've written my experience here for your consideration.
