The other Technician was Craig, he was training the other technician. Both technicians were courteous, friendly and did an awesome job repairing my AC unit. I would recommend Climate Pro to anyone who is looking for a reliable and affordable company to take care of your heating and cooling issues.
We worked with Justin of Climate Pro after our fan motor went out unexpectedly. It was our first time working with them as the company we originally had the install done by is now closed. But we were very happy with the responsiveness of climate pro and Justin s dedicated attention to our situation. I would have loved to see a little bit of flexibility as we were 29 days out of warranty from the original install, but I won t hold it against them. We happily joined their maintenance club for some added benefits like discounts and bi-annual tune ups- which in Arizona is a must have. We are happy to have to be new customers
Antonio did an amazing job!! Super friendly and informative. The news on the ac wasn t good. But due to it being a newer build, calling builder for repair and he offered to check the work when there done to ensure it is properly fixed!! Thanks Antonio you rock.

Been using climate pro for a year now! Their tech Paul is the S#!T!!!! He's very informative, very polite, and is very knowledgeable about the system. A full day installing a new 4 ton unit - everyone was ready to do a stellar job. This was our first time working with Climate Pro. The warranty package was 10 yrs on labor & 99 years on the compressor. One year 0% interest which helps a lot. It s a dual stage system which is more efficient since it has two speeds. 16 seer adds to its efficiency. They answered all our questions and made sure we understand the terms. They submitted the SRP document for us to receive our rebate. Read the documents and contract papers well- we did find contradictions between the agreement and the contract wording. We have the Nest thermostat second generation which they cover 100% should anything go wrong. Everyone worked efficiently and were helpful explaining details. They directed us to office management to get clarity over the paperwork. If they updated this paperwork it would seem to be more consistent with what we understood we were agreeing to.
Ryan was very professional and friendly. He answered all questioned i asked. He let me watch everything he was doing and explained it all so that i would understand it. He treated me like a friend, not just a client.

As always, the service from Climate Pro was excellent. They have serviced my air conditioner and gas furnace for many years. I have a home warranty company that was giving me the run around for 5 days. I was in a hotel as Phoenix was having the hottest summer on record!Finally, they agreed for me to have Climate Pro fix my air conditioner and send them the bill. I called Climate Pro on a Saturday and the receptionist called Tim, their problem solver. He was so wonderful! He told me to just relax and he would take care of everything. And he did! He dealt with my home warranty company, sent out a technician, and had my air condition cooling my house by mid afternoon! My cats I am forever grateful to this family who owns this business that has great integrity.
