Very bad experience, after hours and hours of wait...

Very bad experience, after hours and hours of waiting, asking what point I was discovering that for no reason I was removed from the waiting list of the emergency room saying that I had left, which was false given that I was always in front of the observation entrance.
They didn't even apologize to me and continued as if nothing had happened.

I will certainly make a complaint.
