I would like to congratulate the nursing and medical staff Massimo Grimaldi, of the Cardiology department, I was hospitalized on 8 January 2018 x an ablation, highly professional staff, they do not make you weigh anything, the intervention done by a staff of very professional doctors.

Almost three hours to pay a tiket, consequently a monstrous delay for a dermatological examination. In my turn to pay, I also ask whether it is the case to visit, since it is very late. The cashier tells me yes, we can do it. I pay 30 euros. I go to the clinic, but the cashier has also wrong my request. I return to the boxes accompanied by a very kind nurse and we solve. The time for the visit finally arrives, it's 1.45pm ... after about 10 minutes I'm out. Well, nobody's fault, since there was perhaps some problem with the cash registers, the cashier was kind, however, the doctor still has her hours to respect. Well .... but, anyway, I lost a morning unnecessarily and threw 30 euros. Thank you.

Beautiful facility, clean and good doctors and midwives. I gave birth to my first time in October 2017 and the second time I did the whole process at the advisory center giving them birth in August 2019, I had a great time. Midwives are exceptional and doctors too. I thank you all

Negative, we came to the ophthalmology department, after going through the emergency room, they advise us to go to hospital, but the same day it was not possible, so the doctor tells us to come back in a few days, doing the same procedure, that is, ready rescue and then department. We scrupulously carry out the directives received, but, once we arrive at the ward, the doctor on duty tells us that the indications received were wrong and that they would have put us on the list and then called us back. To make this hospitalization, I travel about 400 km there and back. Experience to forget.

Bad organization.

Hello from the reviews reviewed we talk about an efficient staff kind and humble but you just feel bad at night and realize that during the night time there are no doctors with specialists for all types of patients from the child to the grandfather. So either an exhausting wait until 08.00 or return and repeat the whole procedure from the emergency room for a second time. Even worse if you are a patient discharged a few days after being subjected to surgery where he should directly access the departments. The doctors claim the passage from the emergency room "Ms. it is useless that goes to the ward the doctors remain so they want" this as I was reported by emergency room nurses. In fact, they are the ones who put their faces and try to meet the needs of the emergency while the doctors are denied are paid and if you did not go privately at the first visit you are only paper for slaughter. The Miulli was an ecclesiastical hospital, now it is only a center for the union of patients who do nothing but make economic profits to individuals and doctors without ethics. Make this public too.

But does the secretary of the obstetrics department of this hospital exist?
Every morning I call every morning for 2 weeks every half hour, and nobody answers. I asked the switchboard or the department itself how to talk to the secretary and they say they can't help me, you have to keep calling !! But give them a blessed laptop if it's never in place !!!

I call to book a visit through Metasalute and they tell me that I will be contacted. To date I haven't been called yet and so I don't know the date to take the exam yet. Thank you

The influx of patients who come to private activity is badly organized.

Today, March 28th at about 3.30 pm I called the cup to book an esophagus rx. A female voice, operator 201, answered me. She told me that the esophagus rx is made only with the contrast medium and only for those who are hospitalized. To my questions of clarification he began to respond in an annoyed and ironic tone. She indisposed me so much that I gave her a bad education and closed her phone. Large and efficient ultra-modern flagship hospital for Puglia and beyond.

My father was recently operated on and despite the covid restrictions and everything that goes with it, he had a great experience. Urology department. Kidney operation with robotics to remove a tumor mass. 72 hours after the operation, he was out at 83. Well that struck me as an extraordinary thing. The attentive and kind staff. Eternally grateful to Professor Ludovico for his amazing work.

The cardiology department and the cup on the phone have incompetent staff, I recommend a call to the cup to have 2 laughs in the family

You arrive alive at miulli .... and you go out dead as happened to my father ... hospitalized in nephrology where if there was not one family to check we found him dead the next day ... then hospitalized in resuscitation .. primary in the evening said that his condition is not serious etc ... The night they call telling me we did everything possible to revive him but there is no fact ... crazy

I could not disregard sincerely and affectionately thanking two excellences of the respective fields: the dott. Langialonga, a great man and professional, director of the cardiology department, and dott.ssa Gatto, a wise and scrupulous woman, medical director of the neurology department, and their respective teams. The two doctors, working in synergy, intervened on me following a TIA, which allowed to find a congenital heart disease (PFO). Together with dr. Casamassima, a senior medical expert in the field, have been professional and always available guardian angels for me. I would recommend anyone to rely on their hands. Thank you, thank you.

For the first time in my life I was operated on at the Miulli Hospital on 26 July 2019 for a cholecystectomy. Intervention perfectly successful. In General II Surgery department, I never thought to encounter so much humanity 'kindness, courtesy, humility' and availability 'of all the staff infiermeristico (a big thanks to my dear sweet and exact Angelita), of all physicians (thank Dr. .ssa Carella and Dr. Di Meo for high competence), the ward sister Giulia Petrelli (thankyou so much for the professionalism 'and the large supply) can not remember the names of all the other nurses and nurse night shift to whom i address my great gratitude for the respect for the patient. All these people are of the highest competence, but so are thanks to that great human and special person that has operated on me and I am referring to Prof. Gaetano Logrieco, which transmits and teaches many of those human values that exceed the competence itself and become more important. In this department the prof. Logrieco and its staff make the difference that is their added value. Thank you for these wonderful memories of people I will carry in my heart. Miulli? Never again. Very dirty structure. Poor information for users who have problems with orientation and procedures. Rude staff with swear words and free curses towards the waiting room. Parking too expensive. dirty bathrooms and no respect for the sexes. They enter men in the women's bathroom. long time (4 hours x a withdrawal). I found the best in this hospital.
In January I was operated on for a large inguinal hernia by the esteemed doctor Novelli. The surgery was performed with spinal anesthesia. In the evening I was already at home and following the instructions received I regularly resumed all activities after 60 days.
Dr Novelli, Dr Madaro and all the staff were superlative in terms of professionalism, availability and attention.
The nursing staff were always friendly and welcoming.
I highly recommend the structure and the hernia center department, a true excellence.

after getting injured at work I go to the miulli emergency room. the reception is excellent as the beam raises an orthopedic visit. the problem arises when the orthopedist gives me the days of guargione 10, inviting me to present myself with a great deal so far. I am going to see my doctor about the problem and he tells me that he can no longer issue it to the Lorenzini decree, and that I must request it from the specialist who visited me in the hospital. the same day I call in orthopedics and kindly tell me that dr. ............. I find him the following day at 08:00. I am slowed down with trauma to the right shoulder and at the base of the deer, I am patient and at 07: 00 am in the orthopedic ward to catch him before the gown is put on, the doctor arrives at 8.45am, and I ask him politely to make me the demanding one, telling me the denial by the primary physician. At no point have my praises been worth, liquidating me saying that it was not his task and that I had to go to the carabinieri to get justice. I am angry and saying that I went to the manager of the same hospital he himself showed me the way. Arrived in the presence of the direction I am accompanied by an employee in the office of the manager dott. ......... I tell him what happened and he does his best to help me, he calls the orthopedist and he takes him down in that office, luminaries came and went, and nothing was worth the complaint of the manager and his colleagues .after more than 1 hour of waiting with a sore shoulder, the manager assumes responsibility and orders the orthopedist to give me the hard work. They killed my mother (59 years old) with their incompetence. We had previously had negative experiences with this hospital, but it was the nearest emergency room.
Already entered with liver failure, they immediately began to stuff her with drugs without knowing what she had.
They failed the diagnosis twice in two different departments (surgery and medicine), continuing to administer harmful drugs without logic, until she no longer resisted.
My mother entered the ps with a shingles fire (which no one diagnosed for 5 days, theorising non-existent appendages, muscle pain, various colitis) and went out in a coffin after two weeks.

Structure that stands out for being modern and American style, comfortable and not very hospitable. I was hospitalized on 2 June 2018 at the Miulli hospital in the CARDIOLOGY department where they operated on me immediately because I had three arteries obstructing, guys a fairy tale! What wonderful people I met, first Professor LANGIALONGA and Doctor MARTIMUCCI two very talented and human surgeons and available at any time. The following day in intensive care I met Dr. SCARCIA, Dr. VITULANO, and Dr. KATSOURAS, three professionals in their work that I thank with all my heart and in fundis the professional nurses MASTROROCCO SAVERIO, LOMBARDI FRANCESCO, TIGRI PIETRO, LOFRESE EUSTACHIO, four musketeers at the service of us sick and always available and always with a smile on their face.

Tonsils and adenoids (fourth grade) operated at the age of five, I was able to test the team's professionalism and diligence directly.

A real suck !!!! They take reservations by phone, pity that they forget to enter them: after almost 200 km they wanted to send me home, because my booking was not found. Luckily I showed the call I had made to the switchboard for the reservation. Visit to the maxillofacial surgery department: duration 5 minutes. Outcome: you must carry out a phase of study at the site that is carried out only for a fee (230 euros) and other external exams at a partner studio located in the center of Bari (of course, for a fee too). Not to mention the rude and smart ways.
