A heartfelt thanks to all the staff of the Department of Orthopedic Traumatology of Miulli hospital but above all to Dr. A. Fontanarosa who with great professionalism, dedication and patience has followed me since my admission, 28/07/2018, and operated with brilliant outcome, bilateral left ankle fracture with strong tissue tearing, after the hospital of Taranto not only did not restrain me for redundant posts but was also unprofessional in giving first aid to the results of my accident.
