a few days ago my mother went to this hospital to see how to do allergy tests since she had telephoned several times but without success; the reception office was almost attacked by an alleged "gentleman" who said "What are you doing here; there are many other places where you can do this, you don't need to come this far." Obviously we turn to them because you need them, certainly not to waste time. I feel very sorry for my mother and to this gentleman I say that he is a slack emeritus and if he does not want to work it is better that he stays at home because health care does not need rude people.
