Most amazing Company i have ever worked with.Management is very supportive and will extend all possible cooperation. If you are capable, you will grow like anything.

not proper management here. nd not provide facilities to employees. not providing tea also nd travelling charges.salary not increase before year nd targets are more.good for Freshers only

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO YOUR MIND WILL CHANGE DEFINITELY.Not even 1 star.You only get frustration and nothing else.15 days took for interview. First HR round then after 2 days they call me for manager round.Manager was not present.After 7 days manager round happened(MANAGER/ERP HEAD WAS ARROGANT HE ASKED ME IRRELEVANT QUESTIONS) . Their HR told me you are selected and salary discussion is pending wait for 2 to 3 days.. (They told me you are 80 %selected and 20 % is salary discussion) AFTER WASTING MY 10 DAYS THEir SO CALLED HR AND MANAGEMENT REALISED THAT THIS POSITION IS FOR MALE CANDIDATE. ( AND NOW AS PER THE HR MY SELECTION PERCENT GOES DOWN FROM 80 TO 50) still Hr asked for 2 more days he told me now 'hr manager( who decides salary) will tell me and I will revert back to you'. Afterward HR asked me for scan copies of my previous organization offer and salary slips,I gave it to them then their hr manager(WHO DIDN'T CAME FACE TO FACE IN BETWEEN THESE 15 DAYS)decided I AM NOT STABLE as I left Mumbai before one year because (my husband was on deputation)STABILITY IS THE ISSUE THAT'S WHY rejected.

One of the worst experience of interview. Total waste of our time for attending interviews, as they will go on conducting interviews & finally at the last a big NO giving faltu reasons.

There are 3 rounds of interview. One day for HR, one for functional & then the Director. All the rounds including functional & HR were OK but finally when interviewed by Director he rejected without any proper reasons saying they are looking for someone with specific skills.

Totally agree with other reviews. A big mistake in attending interviews.

Worst experience..she called me for an opportunity.i told her I will b there at 2 Pm.
She called me back n inform please come 12.30,AVP is available on that time.i was like ok I will be there on time.i was waiting for 1 hr.There is no single round happen..if AVP is not available then y u guy's schedule the interviews?? please check the review before going for the interview in this company

Since working in Osource from a months time,have learnt lot more new things which will be helpful for me in my future career. Also there are very good and helpful employees who train the junior level employees well.Feeling very lucky to work with Osource

An awsome place to learn.Good opprtunity for freshers. Excellent leadership. You can grow really fast here. Opportunities are present in abundant.

Here employees gets only frustration nothing else .there is no proper management.

Listed in list of Forbes top 10 companies worst place to work for. Lack of system, lack of automation, no process only family business and best PMS (Pehchan management system). You have good pehchan with people at higher tables you get the increment and other special facilities.

Fraud Company, They are playing with career. don't waste your time for going interview.

HR called me for interview, i faced 2 rounds of one to one interview, and have been shortlisted, HR told me that they will update me soon for final round of interview.
after approx. after 15 days HR called me again and ask to face interview with Manager and SR. Manger, i faced the interview with Manager, who approved my candidature, but last round with SR. Manager, disqualified me without any solid reason. on asking the reason, they are wordless. it means they are doing partiality with cast, color & religion.

Have just joined as a fresher, nice and friendly office environment, an awesome place to begin a career.

If u get a call from this company for interview then please don't attend it as they only offer u Chillars in your CTC. Worst company
