Poor costomer service. Called to check their gas price and man answering phone states, "My boss wont allow me to give the price over the phone" and then hung me up. Really? OK well then I wont ever shop at your gas station again.
1200 repair, does not stand behind work, rude, and takes days for a repair, so you have to rent a car, also does not tell you what is wrong with your car, so you can decide if you choose to use him. Refuse to give suppedly replaced part
Honest family business. Tim doesn t mess around straight to the point and does not repair anything not needing repair. Fair prices too. I m a 3 yr customer with 3 cars.
I go there all the time and never have a problem. The mechanic is great too!
Brought my very-used Mercedes in for a Check Engine light. In the past, when I used to go to MB Dealership, never left with a bill under $3K. Tim checked the code and it pointed to a blower for my catalytic converter.
He informed me it could be costly, but would not know for sure until he visually inspected. Turned out to be a loose wire and although now it was working, I instructed him to replace wiring anyway. I like having someone I can trust. No more dealership for me.
Everyone needs someone they can trust. This is extremely true when it comes to their mechanic. Sadly Gasoline Heaven's is not. I brought my car in for an inspection and was told I needed my brakes replaced in order for my inspection to pass. What I did was told them to change them then leave my old brake pads for me. I then brought my old pads to the dealership for a second option. They told me that my pads were only half worn and in order to fail inspection the pad/ceramic need to be worn down to the metal. Gasoline Heaven being dishonest, took advantage of my situation where I needed my inspection passed.
They have lost my future business and their credibility.
Love that it is full-service! Staff is always super friendly and quick.

I bought a tank of E85 and got a tank of water. My Avalanche ran terribly within 60 seconds after leaving the station. Their E85 was contaminated. 4 bottles of dry gas (Heat) and it still runs like cr@p with only a slight improvement (it's water all right).
Naturally, the temperature is dropping to freezing tonight.
I will report back with a positive comment if they 1) drain my tank 2) replace my filter 3) give me a clean tank of E85.
If you don't hear back, you'll know I'm never shopping there again. And you should stay away.
I have been going to Gas Heaven for over 25 years. They have always treated me well and provide excellent service!
Rudy is the man! Nobody runs a gas station better than him. His brother Tim who manages the auto shop is a great & honest guy. As always they re the best around!
