De Meergrond, the school that cares about their students. Well the students don't notice that. Three quarters of the pupils come to school by bicycle, but a large part of the bicycle parking facilities has been removed, for vegetable gardens where three quarters of the school is not useful In addition, the schedules are in no way adapted to the will and requirements of the student. For example, I am three days in a row until 5 hours in school, I only have a maximum of 1 first hour off while I have 6 in between hours a week. If my in-between hours were resolved, I would be free much earlier, but when the schedule was changed this week, it remained poor and I went from 4 to 6 in-between hours, while my first 3 hours were taken away free to do 1 hour of mentoring then two hours between hours. This can not be? We have had to pay more than 500 euros to the school this year, for the TTO while this is not said in advance (not recommended so if you do not have a rich family) and the circumstances have only deteriorated. After I finish at five o'clock on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, I just have to do homework and I just don't have enough energy for that. I had faith in the school and that is gone. If you are thinking about coming to this school, consider carefully whether you can handle the 4, 5 or 6 years of pure torture, while you hear from everyone that there is no room for improvement. But that is possible, it takes them too much effort and they don't want to bother for the reason that they exist, namely their students.

It is a nice school but there are also disadvantages. You have TTO but it can be annoying, for example, you can not speak English at all, but you have VWO plus, then you have to do the tto. But there is good education so that's what matters more. At the Meergronden it is also true that if you are the first year that you do not have to do all the English you do a little quiet first. It is a nice school SURE TO RECOMMEND !!!!!

The lake grounds is a reasonable school. They will only have to install more bicycle sheds and remove those poorly maintained garden gardens. The Meerground can also use air conditioning in the auditorium in the summer. I am sitting on lake grounds and it is total shit. Everything is badly tiled and the teacher does nothing to bully and if you come to them with issues then it does not interest them. Really a cancer school

Really a shitty school. If you really love your kids then do NOT send them to the lake grounds. Vile teachers full of racism, and then when you call the school and complain about bullying or discrimination, everything goes in one ear and out the other. They never look for solutions. Google for multi-ground fight, trust me this is how your child will feel and behave after a month at this school.
