If google will give option to give -5 rating i will give it. This is the worst company in whole Pune. Zero management, No respect to workers even the womens. Whatever 5 star reviews you see all that reviews writes forcefully from workers. They all getting threat that if they not give 5 star they will not get payment. So don't be fooled.

The company was really very good. All senior staff are kindly cooperate with all employees. Bus and canteen facilities are nicely arrenge. The MD sir and all departments head are really the source of knowledge. Work with Frontline is the big think and this experience is really the biggest achievement.
Very bad interview experience once they have taken interview on telephone for 1 hour then they call for meeting next day no management just have to wait for 1 hour after that again by giving task without any prior information and task should be completed without internet software developer task . Worst experience and for completion sit over there for 4-5 hours.

There is nothing like management in company, even there's no HR, standing interview by MD, No respect at all, No appointment letter or joining letter, No salary slip, No payment for first month..and the company security person behave like he's founder of company. Worst experience of my life. Without giving a single star it's unable to post a review that's why given 1 star otherwise 0.
