Very slow when trying to register there seem to be several people working but they tend to ignore you

Uneducated and rude. Told me my hand wasn t broken, went to a different hospital and had surgery the next way and had to have pins. Unorganized, tried going for physical therapy and got treated horribly, told I didn t have proper refferals and so on and so on and then got told at the end before I decided to stop trying that I ve been no show for my appointments. Horrible place I don t trust any of them.

Extremely slow. Workers to busy talking to each other to do their jobs.

Just horrible, in every way possible. Please don't go here.

My doctor is usually in Peoria but found out he sees patients here in Kewanee, this is so much closer to home. Easy to find, friendly staff at the Clinic and helpful staff in the hospital. Already booked my next appointment.

I've always had great service and care at Kewanee Hospital, I had two c-section deliveries, numerous lab workuos, and a trip to the ER at midnight with fears of a heart attack, which turned out to be pluerisy. They were always kind and thorough.

My wife had an appointment with the pain clinic for 2 months. A couple days before we were notified that the shots were not preapproved. Someone dropped the ball on this one . I have made several calls and finally found out whoever gives the shots is the one who needs to get the preapproval. Now she has to wait another month before she can get any relief from the pain she is in all the time 24/7. Needless to say we are not happy at all. I hope no one else has to go thru this. This is the worst hospital they don't even deserve one star the staff was very rude! Don't go here.
