Run away! They will take your money and either perform service the wrong time of year (seeding late spring in Maryland) or not perform the services in the package they sold but still charge you the full amount. My lawn looks the worst it s ever looked and the company has yet to address concerns despite multiple contacts. They just send me to a different person and no one actually addressed the concerns. They also came after being told to not put us on their schedule and performed a chemical service without communication - then my pet was let out on the grass shortly after. They shrugged it off like it was no big deal.

The folks at Natural Green Systems Lawn and Pest were very professional. I was seeking the best weed control options for my lawn. I have kids and wanted to ensure the product safety and results. They took time to answer my questions both in-person and over the phone. They have taken care of a few lawns in my neighborhood and all the homes stand out and look great with vibrant lush grass (no weeds) in sight. I do recommend them based on their professional service, response to needs, and results.

Overall they are reliable and reasonably priced on fertilizer and mosquito treatment.

Mosquito treatment works extremely well.

Things I don't like about company include:
Sales tactics to get you to buy products.

Example, they said they took a soil sample and that my yard needed lime. I said funny I did the lime myself and asked when was the soil sample was taken? They only responded with "oh, we didn't know you did the lime" meaning they used my soil sample that was 6 months old.

Poor Comms throughout the company. Everyone not on the same page.
Example, after the lime incident they called me a couple days later trying to get me to buy the lime treatment after I called them out on the use of a 6 month old soil sample. Scheduling conflicts also took place a couple times but we got it fixed.

Most recently they forgot or didn't close my side gate to the backyard. I have pets so luckily we closed the dog door the day they arrived to prevent issues or concerns.

I have been using Natural Green Systems Lawn service for about 3 years. My Yard has been getting better every season. Such much that I was given the award for House of the Month for November. I attest this to using this company and having confidence that they know my yard and what is needed to keep it healthy.

Can't recommend this company enough . Customer service, product, & professionalism are top notch. Dayvon was very helpful in getting us started and Joe patiently addressed my many questions and whatever concerns that I had. Not to mention the technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. Plenty of thanks to Luis for bustin' his a$$ renovating the lawn. Also have to give credit to Bryan, John, Maurice, & Barry too. Can't forget Anne for her outstanding customer service. Overall, I recommend them to all the neighbors. When they offer service without a contract, I know they back their product and put their customers first. The pictures show a difference in just 4 weeks. Thanks again!

I have been using this company for a short period of time. It's only been two months but so far the communication with the company has been great I will follow up in the next six months to see how their product works

I have been using Natural Green for about a year now, and the lawn is looking pretty good currently. If your looking for a cheep lawn fix, their not your guys. If your looking for a professional company with the knowledge to produce a quality product and result's, there spot on. They have been very responsive when issues arise, and so far they have been able to remedy any concerns that come up. I would recommend their services for a no nonsense quality result.

They do good work. Like most of these companies they draw you in with a great price, then they keep inching up the price and try to sell you more services. You have to evaluate how much you want to spend on maintaining a reasonably nice looking lawn. Our lawn has looked it s best in 41 years with this company.

Neutral Green provided aeration and reseeding and my lawn has never looked better. It is lush an green. I am very pleased with their service and plan to use them in the future.

Update: yes thanks for trying again natural green. I will look for the soil test results. I think it would be beneficial for you to present a checklist of things the homeowner should do to maintain their lawn. Water frequency, when to mow, what to look for when there s a problem, etc . The only time I see someone is when they come and apply something. Someone should have been looking for the worms and/or fungus this year to prevent the grass from completely disappearing. Instead of checking after the fact. Just my thoughts. Hopefully the grass comes back and I can make this a 5 as well.

So far, not so good. Not enough attention paid to my specific lawn. Seems like it s just one soil test that you are unable to really verify and a generic checklist of things to throw your money at. Maybe they are able to turn this around but $1700 in this year and I m looking at mostly bare ground. And that s after a fall reseeding and $3000 leveling and all new topsoil (by a different company). I will update the rating if we get a turnaround here. I m not mad at them, just want them to do better and be successful.

Flea and tick treatment does seem to be effective though and I was skeptical.
