My wife had an appointment with the pain clinic for 2 months. A couple days before we were notified that the shots were not preapproved. Someone dropped the ball on this one . I have made several calls and finally found out whoever gives the shots is the one who needs to get the preapproval. Now she has to wait another month before she can get any relief from the pain she is in all the time 24/7. Needless to say we are not happy at all. I hope no one else has to go thru this.
