Oscar E Perez MD PA Review

I saw this Dr when I was in the hospital. Upon my exit from the hospital he gave me only a months worth of prescriptions and told me to make an appointment with his office to see him. I set up the appointment which was set up through zoom. The day of the appointment I got a phone call that I had to be seen in the office first since I was a new patient to the office. I was told I could not get an appointment for a month and a half after my meds would be due for refill. I called them over and over to see what could be done about getting the medications refilled and was told each time that they would get back to me and they never did. My final call today I was told they would not refill anything for me until I saw him in person which would be a month and a half from now. What this Dr is doing is very very dangerous. You do not take a person that has a severe mental illness off of their medications just because they have to be seen in the office first. Doing that would insure a trip to the hospital or god forbid something worse like a successful suicide attempt. This is extremely bad and very unprofessional to leave a patient hanging like this. I am angry and dismayed that a Dr would treat someone like this. Unbelievable.

Thankfully haven't been a patient; however, I have had other interactions with Dr. Perez's office which demonstrated a high level of unprofessionalism in a manner which suggests incompetence. Would not recommend them his office due to these disappointing interactions.

After a few tries I finally found a good psychiatrist. I've been getting treatment for my ADHD and anxiety since last year and my quality of life is noticeably different. Staff is also always friendly. Thank you guys for everything.

My wife and I moved to Cloudcroft NM last Oct. We found that trying to get a Doctor here was almost impossible. After much searching we were able to find DR. Perez in El Paso and both of us got in to see him right away. He and his staff are wonderful to deal with . Both Dr. Perez and all the staff have been very professional and kind. We would highly recommend him . Very kind people to deal with. Thank you Dr. Perez !!

I started seeing Dr. Perez four months ago for ADHD and am feeling so much better and focused. He is one of the best psychiatrists I've seen because he is very nice, professional, and pays close attention to my symptoms. The office is very clean, too, and the staff is always super nice to me. If you are looking for a kind and attentive doctor, Dr. Perez is the person to go to. I felt hopeless and he told me not to give up, and he was right. I feel so much more productive and less stressed now! Thank you, Dr. Perez!!!!

I highly recommend this office. The staff has been extremely helpful and they are quick to answer my emails. A friend referred me to Dr Perez because she is also his patient and is very happy with her treatment. I just want to say Thank you!

We have had a great experience with Dr. Perez and his staff. Everyone has been very patient and helpful. I was able to get an appointment sooner than we thought, and whenever I've had a question Perla is quick to answer us back. I genuinely Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

He is a joke he will force medication on his patience without talking to their primary care physicians or therapist he will also stop any medication you are on that may be helping you. I'm not sure how somebody hasn't sued him for his medical license

My husband is a patient at Dr Perez office and so far we ve had a great experience. We had our appointment today after being seen at the hospital by Dr Perez and I have finally felt like somebody is listening to what we need. From the moment I first called Perla was able to help and give me a sooner appointment than we expected. Dr Perez and his staff have answered all my questions and we are very appreciative and grateful. Thank you all!
