I had a great experience with Osborne's Jewelers! All of their employees are extremely knowledgeable in the business as well as very honest. I purchased an engagement ring for my now fiancee and it is amazing! She was blown away by the diamond and the ring. I worked with Jake Leonard, a fine jewelry consultant. I highly recommend Jake! I told him exactly what I was looking for in terms of ring style and diamond size and within just a couple days he called me back to have me come see several superb stones that met what I was looking for. Compared to the many other jewelers I visited to examine other diamonds, without a doubt Osborne's had the best in every way possible, including price! I had a very specific ring style in mind, and Osborne's was even able to custom make the ring to my exact specifications including CAD drawings so you can actually visualize what your ring is going to look like before they even start making it. I was able to see the CAD and then request modifications based on what I liked or didn't like so that I ended up with the perfect ring for my fiancee. The best part is they do it all right there at Osborne's! My fiancee and I are going back to Osborne's for our wedding bands as well, and I am positive that will not be the last time we do business with the great people at Osborne's Jewelers! Thanks to everyone at Osborne's and special thanks to Jake who made sure I received exactly what I was wanting!

Osborne s is a great local jewler. Even when you have a problem with something they go out of their way to fix it and make it right.

Very professional and extremely helpful. There has always been someone at the front asking how they can help and point me in the right direction, as well as offering a cold water or coke.

I brought an old watch here to see if it was worth having repaired (that two other jewelry store had already told me to trash), and they were able to open it up and get it working...and also helped me find a replacement band that matched the style of the watch.

Other work they've done is replacing batteries in my watch and fixing a broken clasp on my good chain...would recommend!

I went to Osborne's after a friend of mine recommended them to me and was thoroughly impressed by the service. I worked with Jake and Patricia who guided me through the first time ring buying process very well. I felt comfortable that they were honest (and everything they told me checked out when I double checked), then they kept me up to date on the process throughout making a custom ring. I live about 1.5 hours away and they were very helpful in working with me and finding ways to work with me.

Osborne's quickly replaced batteries in some older watches. Dana was so great, I ended up buying earrings from her (so much for my mortgage Dana!)

Pam is an amazing representation of the high caliper and world class jeweler. I love coming in because there is no pressure but simple suggestion. Many times I come in for a gem cleaning and leave with a special gift!

We will and have gone back since buying my engagement ring. I went in with NO idea what I wanted, skin allergies to metals, and a grudge against spending a lot for a rock... Within 10 minutes of getting in and talking things over with our guy, he said let's just walk and talk - I loved this! After about 5 minutes of me wandering around I found a ring with a Ruby and I asked for it to be made custom... Meaning our guy had a lot of work to do on our behalf because the rig maker didn't cast my ring in the carat I needed, nor with my gems. Well, 2 months later my fiance proposed with the custom ring with a mossinite diamond, aquamarine accent stones, and custom gold weighted ring and I couldn't be happier! We are so happy with the store, service, and of course my ring.
Yes, he proposed on a workout night/run, and I was caught off guard and gave the wrong hand over, ha!

Osbourne's Jewelers is a a top-notch place !!! I took my Philip Stein watch in which they are the only jeweler in the in the area that will service that brand of watch and I left it with them and they let me know when it was ready and I went back to pick it up and everyone in Osborne's is fantastic and they also have accredited jewelry professionals that will help all their customers with any and all of their needs !!! I will travel 120 miles round trip for them to service my watch because they are so Amazing..It's worth the drive !!! jlm

I brought my grandfather s wedding band to Osborne s to get sized down for me to wear. I decided to use them again because they did such an awesome job on a bracelet that I brought in previously. My grandfather passed in 2017 and the ring has been in a plastic bag since then. It was tarnished so much I didn t really even think the diamonds were real. Needless to say, Osborne s rose to the occasion and truly outdid themselves. I was so taken aback when I went to pick the ring up, that I cried. It looks so AMAZING! I cannot thank their team enough.

I always feel uncomfortable going to a nice jewelry store for a simple battery change. At Osborne Jewelers, I was treated with such prompt kindness, you would think I was purchasing a 3 carat ring. Make someone feel important and they ll come back to you. I ll be back.

My son received a watch from my mom (out of town) and it was too large. He called Osborne's to see if they could remove links and they told him to come on in. They welcomed him into the store, were so nice and the correction took less than 10 minutes. He asked the total and they said, "no charge"! Now THAT is customer service (on a non-purchase). I simply Love Osbornes Jewelers They have the nicest staff. For my wedding I purchased quite a bit of Waterford. Great crystal wine glasses. After shopping online Osbornes price was the lowest. My Fiance also purchased my ring there as well. After reading That Fred guys review. That's obviously a disgruntled employee. What a coward to hide behind false names. What a cowardly thing to say Everyone knows your opinion is worthless without a credible name and or picture. Poor taste. Identity theft by the way has nothing to do with an online reviews. Sad that people are so afraid to come forward and they hide behind computers and false names to only give false information. Osbornes is a great family Jeweler and I am proud to say it. I went to Osborne s Jewelers to take in a couple of necklaces to be fixed. Everyone was very nice and helpful - especially Dee who ended up helping me. They have a great variety of jewelry and gifts.

My friend and I went in to get just a couple link taken out my watch. Staff was very friendly and we were quickly greeted. I walked around and looked at other watches and another employee offered to show me some and let me try on any watch. They offered us water and sodas while we waited. The level of customer service we received even though we weren't there to buy anything, was top notch and very impressive! They are fantastic here! I will be back and will recommend customers to them.

Great service, friendly professional associates, however there is one issue. I upgraded the quality of the stone that was to be in my setting. When I picked up the ring the certification documents were not supplied, which was a disappointment since without them I cannot be absolutely certain the stone in the ring is what I selected. This is the only flaw.
