Had some custom work done there, ABSOLUTELY impressed and pleased. Chris went above and beyond to make my idea a reality.

Chris was EXCELLENT to work with. My daughter was getting married and I wanted to give her a pair of earrings to match a ring with a particular stone. The earrings were not going to make it to the store before the wedding. Chris and the team ordered the stones overnight and reset them in an existing pair of earrings to ensure a timely delivery. My daughter was so surprised on her wedding day. Thank you to Chris and the entire team!

Stopped in at the S. Huntsville store on the off-chance that they d be able to replace a necklace that I lost a week ago. It was an early birthday gift to myself and I was heartsick that I lost it. Can you imagine how thrilled I was that they found one and had it in stock? This would be enough for a great review but wait ... Dee made sure I could get an extender put on it today and gave me a first-time customer gift bag filled with goodies. She really made me feel special and guess what today is? My real birthday. Osborne's has been so good to us! I had my wife's engagement ring custom designed there! I took a sketch in of what I roughly wanted it to look like, and they took my idea and made a reality of it! Osborne's provided CAD drawings so I could actually see what the ring would look like when they were finished. Amazing! Osborne's is so patient and takes all of your wishes into account when it comes to the quality of a diamond you're looking for. We've several pieces of jewelry from them since, including our wedding rings, necklaces, and earrings. High quality and great service! We take my wife's jewelry in once every few months to get them cleaned and every piece comes back to us looking shiney and brand new again!

Called in advance to have watch bracelet links removed. Done in house while I waited in the showroom by premises watchmaker. Friendly staff. Very helpful. I had some earrings repaired for my moms birthday. They worked to get them repaired in time for her birthday and called promptly to let me know they were ready for pick up.

Huge thank you to Jake and the amazing staff. The staff had extensive knowledge in diamonds and was able to supply me with a perfect solution for my wife's wedding ring setting after an unfortunate loss of her main diamond. I could not be happier with the way that it turned out and the knowledge of the staff. The process was easy and I was kept up-to-date throughout the whole time.

After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to visit Osborne Jewelers. I wanted to change the setting on my engagement ring. I spoke with Adam and described what I was looking for. He looked through their inventory but did not see exactly what I wanted. He then looked through their catalogs. He found similar parts that they could order and have their in-house jeweler custom make. This was the route I decided to go with. I am extremely happy with how the ring turned out! It is exactly what I wanted! The ring was also ready in less than a week! Not to mention the price was much less than I was expecting or even was quoted from other jewelers! I will be recommending Osborne Jewelers to everyone I know! I am a very happy customer!

Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and low-pressure environment. Other jewelers pushed for the sale, but Adam at Osborne's was patient and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with each item in my purchase. The chain stores could have ordered the same product, but they were advocating unnecessarily large diamonds to drive up the price. In the end I saved thousands at Osborne's by letting Adam lead me to the right diamond and the right way to set that diamond. Forget the chains - support local and get top notch service that leads you to the best product for your budget. I attended the Lagos Trunk show today at the Huntsville store. I had been invited by postcard, phone call and via Facebook. I love these events. Beautiful pieces. I only intended to purchase a stacking ring , but left with 4 beautiful pieces . Excellent selection, wonderful service and extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. I visited this local jewelry shop months ago to find the perfect ring for my now fiancee. I walked in and was greeted immediately with a clean store and very helpful staff who worked to make sure I had the perfect ring without being pushy. They respected my budget and spent hours helping me create the best one. Months later, after the Covid-19 lockdown and their shop closed to the public, they helped me ensure that I still got my ring on time and even worked overtime to so that it would arrive before the proposal. Now I'm a happy man and my fiancee can't stop staring at her perfect ring! Thank you Osborne's!

I took my ring in to have a teeny tiny diamond replaced and it was determined that the prongs all needed to be repaired . A very small ring cost me several hundred dollars to be fixed . Since then, I ve returned at least four times to have those repairs smoothed because my clothes and other items were being snagged. Still having the same issues. Nice staff but poor work and way overpriced.

Wow. What can I say? I walked in with a bent wedding ring and the jeweler (Wayne) had it reshaped in minutes! Waited on by Janice, who couldn t have been more helpful and showed us several of their beautiful pieces of jewelry. I couldn t be more pleased and will go to Osborne s for my next jewelry purchase!!

If you want great advice, the best service, with great prices, go see Jake at Osborne's. He showed me nothing but patience and truly cared that I was happy. I will be coming here for years to come.

I went to them early last summer (2019) to see if they could make my dream ring for my fiancee a reality. I had a single diamond gold ring that was my late mother's, and I wanted to keep the old ring in tact and add additional diamonds around the center stone. Chris and the staff here were extremely open to helping me and making sure every detail was exactly how I wanted it. Above all else, it was done perfectly and in only 4 weeks. Fast-forward several months after our engagement, my fiancee hit her hand and one of the small diamonds fell out. I called up Osborne's and they willingly repaired the ring for free. Great customer service, better people. I would recommend these guys to anybody!

I am so impressed with Osborne's. I had never been before but needed a ring resized so I went based on a friend's recommendation. I'm a new mom so needless to say I walked in looking pretty rough. Old jeans, t-shirt with spit-up, messy hair, and no makeup. Not to mention I had my baby with me! I wasn't expecting to get top-notch service plus I was only getting a ring resized. I was blown away by how nice and helpful everyone was. It didn't matter that I was a hot mess or that I was spending less than $100, they acted like I was the most important person. The turn around time on my ring was super fast and it looks beautiful and fits perfectly. I will definitely be back.

Walked inside and was greeted by Chris Windel. I needed help on learning how to set the time on a 112 year old watch, he took it in the back along with four other watches that I had questions about and came back with a wealth of information. I appreciate all he did and thankful for the watch repair guys in the back.

For those using maps to get here, get off an exit early. The exit comes right off into the entrance, and there are pillars by the exit that prevent lane changes. You'll need to do a few u turns to get there if you follow Google maps.

My experience with Osbourne's was WONDERFUL! I bought an engagement ring from sales rep Adam Starnes. He was amazing to work with. He helped me create the perfect ring with a custom setting and a gorgeous center stone. Could not recommend them enough. My next jewelry purchase will definitely be from Osbourne's.

First of all, the salesperson sought the least expensive quality clasp for a necklace repair. I appreciated that. Next, an apparently quality repair was completed within a reasonable period of time. Finally, all sales personnel were very polite and genuinely courteous.
