Julie from ECHI worked with us one evening to help us figure out what plan was best for me and my family (wife and two kids). She explained everything extremely well and walked us through all the confusing terms and conditions that can easily befuddle the layman. We ended up choosing a great, affordable plan that works for us!
Julie also followed up with us during the entire application process to let us know that our application was accepted and if there was anything else she could help us with.

I needed to enroll in "Obamacare" due to the loss of health insurance with retirement at age 64. I can't imagine how the average person makes sense of the choices as I was a seasoned professional with 25 years of managing employee healthcare plans for a large company. I was familiar with all the lingo but was stumbling at enrolling because I moved to a new state, would not have a home address for 2 1/2 months and needed coverage to kick in before we closed on our new home. Denise at East coast Health Insurance came to my rescue and helped with the online enrollment plus the temporary address dilemma. I highly recommend the company - terrific customer service.

Called at 11:00 am for a simple change on my plan. Was told I d get a call back at noon. 5:45 pm and still no call.

I had a great experience with East Coast Health Insurance two years in a row! Both Denise and (more recently) Caroline helped guide me to the best PPO (off-exchange) health insurance plan for me! It's pretty difficult to compare off-exchange and even marketplace plans at times, but they do all the work for you and find you the best option. You don't even have to go to their office to complete the application (even though I did). I would highly recommend them!
