My son received a watch from my mom (out of town) and it was too large. He called Osborne's to see if they could remove links and they told him to come on in. They welcomed him into the store, were so nice and the correction took less than 10 minutes. He asked the total and they said, "no charge"! Now THAT is customer service (on a non-purchase). We will be customers for life and spread the word. Thanks so much!
