I've had both small and medium size jobs done by DPR. They've always priced out the job very fairly and done the work in a timely and professional manner. It's great to have a rapport with someone who is not to busy to do a small job when it comes up. Great guys with a can do attitude.
We have used Ditmas Park Renovations for several projects in our house for several years now. Thomas and Rob have helped us with small projects such as painting and repairing walls as well as larger projects such as rebuilding the back porch, updating the kitchen and updating 2 bathrooms. Our house has a yankee gutters, which are not familiar to most residential roofers. Other roofers couldn't repair our gutters because they didn't know enough about them to do the job. We used this roofer twice. Both times they were able to immediately identify the problem and repair them quickly. They are difficult to reach because they are probably very busy. That makes sense to me because they are very professional and do outstanding work. I can't imagine anyone being unsatisfied with them.
