These guys are Awesome! Great customer service, had an issue with payment and they where very accommodating.

I chatted with Tory today to change the payment method on my account not knowing that the payment was already processing. He was awesome. He was proactive and was thinking 10 steps ahead of me. lol. He stopped the payment and allowed me to make a manual payment and then educated me about the 3 bus days needed to change the payment method on the account. The best 6 minutes of my day.

This office has made my sons experience a great one. They address concerns that you may have and take time to explain things to you. The staff here is very nice and pleasant to talk to. I recommend giving them a try if you are looking for an orthodontist

Spoke with Tori today to get a billing question handled. Tori went above and beyond to help me with my request. OrthoBanc is easy to work with and I love the chat feature within the online portal. (:

I had a really great experience with their customer service. My questions were answered right away (shout out Tori!!) and their team truly did go out of their way to help me in my situation. It was great to speak with an actual person on their service chat rather than a robot.

Appreciated the immediate contact when the visa I had to cancel due to fraudulent activity (elsewhere) didn t work. Thank you for waiving the $25 missed payment fee and giving me opportunity to make current payment with new visa. And explanation about how to use portal.

I called in attempting to make a payment and change my monthly card on file due to fraudulent activity. I spoke with Tori and she exceeded my expectations and was very understanding of the situation.
