Beware!!!
Was told there would be no copay, i recieved a $1300 bill for a prescription I was told would be covered by insurance.

Terrible customer service. Ive tried calling a number of times about this issue and was told someone from billing would call back. A couple weeks later they finally called and i missed their call. Called them back about a hour later and left a message, never heard back. A momth later they sent another bill for the same ammount saying the $1300 is due.

I wouldn't reccomend them if you value honesty and integrity.

I have been pleased with the service for the past year. The service folks have always been polite and helpful. The only difficulty I've had is that the people haven't always been knowledgeable about the ins and outs of reimbursement with these complex funding sources for specialty drugs. Fortunately I've navigated the arena for a number of years so I've had minimal problem. I can see how patients who are new to specialty drug funding may have been led astray inadvertently by well meaning but inexperienced service people.

Find another pharmacy. They are incompetent and have no interest in customer service. I let the physician and the manufacturer know that I needed a different product so that I would no longer have to be supplied from this pharmacy. That s a really big decision.

Extremely pushy and rude over phone.
This is not how you get customers. Do not mislead. Do not be pushy. Listen to who you're talking to. And, for God's sake - don't be rude. I did not call YOU, you called ME.

Wonderful customer service. Fast shipping. I get a live person every single time and they're always very friendly and helpful. Very pleased with the care we've received for the last 3 months.

WFH I have had the best experience so far. My supervisor is very kind and understanding. Everyone has made me feel very welcomed. I recommend having experience in this job field and/or willing to learn. Lots of opportunity I see here.

We have a great working relationship with Orsini for our patients whom we must use a specialty pharmacy for. They are pleasant and are able to make accommodations that are helpful for a busy practice particularly when the medications need to be shipped out monthly.

For instance, when I no longer had health insurance, Orsini Healthcare took the time to review my needs and find an insurance plan for me. Not only did they find a health plan for me but they helped get it implemented along with patient assistance programs so that there was no financial burden. Orsini Healthcare is perfectionism in the medical industry. I have never worked with such a caring group of individuals. Anytime I need anything, even in regard to doctors that Orsini does not directly work with, they provide assistance. Working with Orsini makes it become quite easy to identify the weakness of other insurance/healthcare companies that are so big that they cannot or rather do not take the time to do things in the best interest of the patient. Orsini always spends the time needed to do everything perfectly. I do realize that working with other insurance companies and healthcare organizations are a part of the learning process and the difference is clear. Talking with the dedicated people at Orsini has become almost a daily practice to review everything making sure I am taken care of. The dedicated team at Orsini is more like a group of friends to me as the level of care is amazing. I am beyond grateful for the dedication of Orsini. Having HAE, stress is a major trigger and working with such amazing people eliminates the stress in regard to my health on every level. I am absolutely positive that Orsini Healthcare will continue to practice the success principles and strategies in caring for their patients that will make them the company patients will strive to work with they are truly amazing! Thank you so much for giving me time to reflect on the importance and value of the success of working with you and your team, what a blessing it is in my life. We had ordered a one week supply of antibiotics for home infusion.
Before the weeek was over we received a phone call saying the DR had ordered another week.
We called the Dr and they said there was no order AND that Orsini does "this kind of thing" often
I called Orsini back and told them there was no second order and they told me they had JUST TALKED TO THE DR and that he said there was.
I called DR back to check and he said he talked to NO ONE FROM ORSINI.
I called Orsini back and they told me THE DR WAS CONFUSED! They said he HAD ORDERED it and then cancelled it!
I was told the order would not be sent ou and the auto-charge to my debit card would be revered
IT WAS NOT!
I am still fighting with them because "the person I need to talk to isn't in".
Avoid a lot of aggravation and tell your DR you will NEVER do business with Orsini
