I was impressed there is a plant that takes scrap paper and makes paper towels with it. I unloaded scrap paper very fast here and took a couple of hours to load the paper towels. Makes a whole lot of sense to me to not deadhead miles for another load. Just need office to find p/u #'s faster and assign trucks to docks faster and this would be one of the best docks in USA.
Slow and rude employees. 5 employees watched me stand at the desk trying to ask a question, and not one would look my direction, and walked away when I tried to speak.
This place has a system that works for them when loading trucks. Yeah I waited for a little bit to hit the dock but once I was there it didnt take long at all to get loaded. The office staff was quick on paperwork as well. I would say in total 2 hours it took me to get loaded, but had there been an open dock and no one waiting for a dock I would say 30-45 mins in and out.
Worst place ever! Check in 6:45 for appointment 7am an got loaded at 2 pm they loading own trailers only! They don t care about other 25 truck drivers to get loaded . Some of the other driver left the facility empty
Wow 25 minutes to get loaded . If u are picking up products shipping office is behind the building which is on the hunt st. Just turn left on 6th street and u will see it on left . Good experience. Also , the lady on shipping office says shipping is until 3 pm .

Check in says to call no answer leave a message with phone number. Been waiting 2 hours for a call back, I've even called a few more times no response. Very unsatisfied with communications
always loaded quickly and try to be on here near your appointment pick up. Limited space but driver make sure you have enough clock time to get to a truck stop. Loves few miles away.
Older woman in shipping office needs to work on her people skills and stop being rude to employees and visitors. Retirement would be a great option too. No excuse for horrible people to act like that.
