It's been 3 months since my brother's passing. We were told we would have results in 6-8 weeks. When we called to get a status update, all they said is they were busy and to call back in a month. This is rediculous. I wish there was a rating lower than one star.
Pam Young is very unprofessional my mom passed 3 weeks ago and I needed the repots she asked me why I need them like it was not any of my Business when I called prior to coming and was told I could come pick it up very rude lady I am 32 year old and just lost my mom in a car accident that is why I need the report.
Like everyone else has said, still waiting on my mom s death certificate. It has been 13 weeks. Totally unacceptable!
