Woman checking boarding pass at security area was incredibly nasty, Philly staff were much friendlier at explaining things. Not everyone is a frequent flyer and knows all aspects of getting through the lines. It just makes flying much more stressful.

Compared to most other airports I have been through, Orlando is near the top in pretty much every way it can be measured. It is well laid out and movement through the airport is pretty efficient. There are a great many food options in the airport area outside the security area. Once you have gone through security, food options are a little less but still pretty good. This is a very busy airport and many people who go through her are not experienced travellers. At times, the airport can be clogged with people who just need a little help or information.

I gave Orlando international Airport 3 stars because i feel like they should put more food stores passed security. They had a lot of food stores before security that should be the other way around.

This was me and my family first time at Orlando International Airport and when we got to the airport to return home it was very busy. I feel their security check in process is completely unorganized and confusing. For one their several security personal yelling on what to remove and what not to remove. Also they kept yelling for people to keep moving and stated not to remove your shoes, but when we checked in the station before getting in the line to be searched we were instructed to take off our shoes. As they are yelling for people to keep it moving they are also instructing this to children. I feel that you should at least allow the parent to get there stuff in a bin to be scanned before you instruct there children to keep moving. The thing that really made me upset was as I am putting my items in a bin to get scanned the security guy is stating to keep it moving and when I looked my son went through the medal detector which went off and he was sending him back through. I advised the security guy that he can not go through the medal detector because he has a pacemaker and I had his medical card. He shrugged his shoulders and said he already went through. I'm thinking to myself really. So I advised him again that he can not go through and pulled my son to the side. Then another security guard walks up and as he was going to instruct my son to go through I stopped him and advised him he can't go through the medical detector. They appeared irritated it seemed and I noticed that everyone was going through medal detectors they didn't seem to be using the machine you stand in and it scans you. In all my years of flying this has been the worst airport to me. I recommend that they go to Dallas Love Field and shadow there security department because they have it more together.

The sinage is horrible at this airport. The rental car return is hardly marked, leaving me questioning where it was until I was right there. Once the car was returned it was unclear whether I was headed to check in for terminal A and B or terminal A only. Once in the terminal trying to locate where my airline check in was, was once again poorly marked. After check in getting in the tram which did not identify where it was going once again made me unsure I was headed the right direction.....or maybd I'm just lost

MCO is seemingly doing their best to continue operating as close to normal during very abnormal times. That's tough to do. Food and beverage options are very limited. Security checkpoints may now take some extra time, but with far fewer flying passengers, it is still OK overall. During my time there, cleaning was going on in a very positive way. That was encouraging to see.

Airport and TSA flow pretty smooth. Problem with MCO is traffic and the people who are suppose to not allow waiting in LOADING ONLY zones. It's not a lack of accommodations for waiting as there are cell phone lots. It's a problem of lack of effort or concern by the people hired to tell people not to wait there. There are cell phone lots to wait on passengers arriving. I finally got tired of them not moving people out who were on their phones waiting on passengers I walked over and interrupted their conversation to ask them to move people along so my ride could get in to me. Long standing issue with MCO as I understand. Not a Great way to welcome visitors and residents to Orlando.

I traveled through this airport 2 years ago. It was under major construction then, so I m bummed that after all the chaos, it still has few food options and certainly no friendly social environment. This is an airport I d dread arriving early to (my current circumstance).

The free WiFi is nice, but your options for getting work done are merely a seat at the gate.

For being a hub of entertainment, I would expect a wine/food bar, a Starbucks, or at least some appetizing veg-friendly and gluten-free options in their CIBO grab-and-go stations (current options: grapes, bananas, water).

Bougie requests perhaps, but a few of these comforts are a real difference maker - especially when traveling for work.

This airport has the worst TSA in the USA. For some reason there are people working there who have no business being in this kind of service.
There is Nothing that these people try do do to assist you as a passenger and due to slow service and endless lines you are about to miss your flight. Their answer was you have to ask the person in front of you if you can go before them....but there were like 1000 people ahead of me after standing in the line for about 45 minutes and my flight leaving in 30 minutes....
This airport is dis organized. If I could have I would have given them a minus star but unfortunately it was not available.

Do not bother being pre tsa in this airport. Both lines move just as fast and only difference is you get to keep your shoes on. As always shopping and food in airports is ridiculously priced. Waiting seats are ok if you only wait about 20 minutes for your plane. Charging ports at many of the waiting area and seats is a plus.

Worst experience ever. No luggage helpers anywhere to be found. Monorail has only one in service for the supposed upgrade. We rode on the supposedly upgraded model and if you arent over 68 inches tall you can't reach anything to hold on to. This has becone the worst airport when it used to be pretty good. One star because I can't give zero and I guess they get a touch of credit that my flight landed safely.

I would really like to give 5 stars, but one TSA agent screamed at me until I was in tears because I tried to put my bag in a tub instead of directly on the belt on my way through security. It s 6:30 in the morning and my day is ruined. Do better TSA. I even got complimented in line beforehand because I was so smiley . Your job is to look for potential threats, not berate a 24 year old girl in front of 200 people.

An aggressive skycap would not go away, pressuring me to let him take my bags. He made me feel extremely rushed, making me forget to zip tie the zippers on my checked luggage which he dumped at the first most crowded Southwest baggage check in machine. Southwest turned out to be just inside the terminal from the elevator. He then balked at giving me $5 change for my ten as I said I wanted while still at the Budget rental return on the second level of the garage since I only wanted help getting to the first level.

There are so many things wrong with this airport. The icing on the cake is the clean bathrooms by gate 12. It s 4AM and females bathroom trash has been taken out and gives the impression of clean facilities. Toilet lids are up like they have been cleaned but there is pee, pubic hair, poop, unknown black stuff all over the bottom of the toilet lids (have to touch to pull down) and rim of the toilet bowl. Clearly they have not been cleaned. Carpets have chips, snacks and just trash all over the floors. I understand working here must be hard, especially dealing with so many people in a short amount of time. But come on there is a down time when no one is here, clean it before the first flights go out. TSA here clearly hate their jobs and helping smooth the process is definitely not something they are interested in. They are all pissy at 3AM, hate to see them at the end of a shift.

I haven t been here in 6 years and when I returned this past weekend, I was not impressed. It is hectic trying to get pass security check (why does several lines merge into one)? Then the restrooms are ridiculous...you all don t think it s time to add at least 10 stalls to each one? How do you have 5 stalls and they all don t work? Talk about you can miss your plane if you have to use the restroom.

Make changes to your flight tickets or cancel your tickets as per your safety.

If your flight is after after 11:30 pm you no options of drinks of food in the gates. Security don t let you bringing in (the drinks, for security reasons), all the stores are closed and not even a vending machine that sells drinks or food. Really not a good service in the late night flights.

Busy, somewhat tired airport. The only hub for restaurants is shared by all gates, so the lineup for food and coffee can be quite long. Also, the shops close down at 9pm sharp, so plan accordingly if you have a late or delayed flight. Each seat has power underneath for phone charging, a nice bonus.
