Thorough during the shoot. Expeditious turnaround of version 1, and prompt edits. I was on the fence about hiring a professional company for a short video (after all, my dog has an iPhone- amirite?). But the quality, perspective, and final product were spectacular. I'm receiving numerous positive comments on the video.
