Good appointments, on time, nice staff, friendly and helpful.
Unfriendly and uninterested staff, ladies behind the desk at the dental surgeon totally not alive, respond barely to questions, too much I think so. At such a new and large hospital you would think that everything is well organized but I think they are only there to earn their money. And the toilets were so incredibly filthy, stool against the wall, plain outrageous! 1 star is still too much, next time we just go to Roermond.

Klote hospital is that say !!!! How they deal with people is simply not normal! They let you wait as long as you do not even go to examine you (afraid they get sick or something), my grandmother lay there on the 1st aid one after the other came in. We've been there for seven hours when it's gone until we could go. There was no place for her everything was occupied sides she. More often had bad experiences with day nursing. The people here forget to open the medication with an infusion. Have sat here several times while I get salt water injected i.p.v my medication. Right lines about the medication Tysabri is very strange. I have never been obliged to rinse for 1 hour (which usually also ends) after my infusion. This day nursing is not recommended and I know that I am not the only one who thinks so.
Modern large hospital. With many specialist departments. Spacious but expensive parking garage. Fine but expensive restaurants. Good care. Good friendly information desk. Various care stores and centers. If you have never been here you are lucky.
yesterday, May 22, 2020, due to a sprained swollen and painful ankle, I had to have photos taken during medical imaging.
since I could not drive myself I had been brought.
After I reported to the entrance and stumbled on the way to the medical imaging department, a lady suddenly asked if she might take me with a wheelchair.
I was really happy with this proposal because I was getting more and more in pain. On the way, this lady told me that she normally worked on the OR and now helped where she was needed. also got her internal number which could be called when I was ready so she could come pick me up again. she had estimated the situation very well and was already in the medical imaging when I had just finished.
I think I heard that her name is Diana, I cannot mention her internal phone number here, but I would like to compliment her and all of Zuyderland on how good and patient-friendly they are.

Modern-looking and physically easily accessible hospital where people have clearly invested a lot of money in appearance. However, as a patient you have to do with that, because the staff, with a few exceptions, are measured to be friendly to unfriendly. Downstairs at the information desk, the department desks ...
At the entrance of dept East 13 we were almost knocked over by 3 ladies, wrapped in the famous white coats with badges and talking with each other, laughing. As if they were princesses for which the 'common people' must jump to the side. Clashing arms and a sharp remark from us as a result. The girls walked on without apology or looking back.
Not a disaster normally, were it not for them that they are nurses and can clearly expect that all other people present will be patients. So people who have something wrong, people with whom you should be more careful. In this case also the 'common people' from which they earn their salary. Arrogance perhaps? View patients as a difficult 'get in the way' people during break time?
Anyway, in the treatment room itself it helped exemplarily. Friendly lady.

I ended up in a hospital with a swollen foot and a lot of pain after an industrial accident, after being in the emergency room I was sent to take pictures of my foot ... that staff is totally unhelpful I could my own work shoes but doing what was very painful while Mr. and Mrs. continue chatting and laughing about I know a lot .... very arrogant and unfriendly also unhelpful, bad thing!
The worst hospital I've ever seen
I have been operated on twice for an hernia in 11 months and I have problems with the first time, the maggot and two times other problems that I still have.
Built so extravagantly expensive that the hospital almost went bankrupt...

Appointment for oral surgery due to wisdom tooth. Indicated due to traumatic experience daughter that anesthesia is desired. Could not according to duty specialist. Insurance call was no problem. Once again contacted with Oral Surgery. Very blunt, impersonal and unprofessional handling by desk clerk. Appointment canceled and contact with AZM sought. Neatly treated and appointment made. This only oral surgery. Positive departments also measured other departments.
On October 30, drs. Nadine Hilberg helped me with 2 trigger fingers.
I can compare because this was my 3rd time. That is why I would like to share this with other people.

I want to thank the surgeon who saw me on December 30 at 3:45 pm at the trauma clinic in Geleen for his kindness and clear explanation. All praise for this doctor. I hope and know for sure that he has a bright future ahead of him. When all doctors were set up like this, a visit to the hospital was a lot more pleasant. My wife was treated in the Emergency Department on Monday 3 April 2017.
The wound was stitched by Mr. Farad, an Iraqi doctor, perfect, nothing but praise for the treatment, also from the nurse present.
I have been a patient in this hospital for more than 6 years, but today I was treated very rude by one at desk East 11. I didn't have an idea card with me and that was apparently so bad ..... Like I was a criminal. Sorry but this is really not possible
Today I went to dental surgeon 10_10.
My compliments for the staff. They did their job very well. Hardly felt the syringes (anesthesia). Was really treated as a human being
Zuiderland medical center is not my favorite. My opinion is that you will not be heard by the doctors. Doctors are busier in typing than listening to the patient, giving the impression that they are looking down on you. Every time a different doctor whose one does not know what the other has done, even minor interventions cannot be resolved properly.
What a HOPELESS bad hospital this is. Only a few people in the waiting room and then with a heart rhythm disorder have to wait an hour before a heart movie can be made. Well, thank you so much for that. Drove on to Belgium because I am also insured there: The waiting room was completely full there, but the heart movie was made within 5 minutes. The Netherlands has gradually become a developing country in the field of health care, and this hospital is therefore dangling completely down on a list of worst hospitals.
Staff in department perfect. But staff at gastroscopy are very poor, certainly people at the desk. Research sober after 7 hours stay sober. Come say oops we have forgotten you. First turn tomorrow. Beautiful and large hospital. We are also always neatly and well served. Of course mistakes are sometimes made, but that is everywhere where people work. Until now we have been helped very competently and professionally!

on March 17 I would have an appointment with the dermatologist. Due to corona, I was called by the hospital to cancel the appointment. then the doctor contacted me and prescribed an ointment (this conversation took less than 5 minutes). I have never made an appointment for a telephone consultation myself and my appointment was canceled. now i did receive a letter from my health insurance this morning that i have to pay 200 euro for this phone call (which i did not ask for and did not make an appointment for) for this "consultation". I absolutely disagree with this!
I have been coming from the hospital and there are regular departments in different departments. .must say I am always helped and treated kindly. I think you should be clear for what you come and what you actually expect. The only disadvantage is the parking costs. But we will not get in the way. Greetings

I have not had any bad experiences with Zuyderland. Nice modern hospital. Am treated there for as long as the hospital exists. The only downside is that I had rescheduled an appointment by telephone, and that they had not said that the new appointment was in Heerlen! So I was in time for my appointment in Geleen, and my doctor was in Heerlen. From now on I always say that it must be in Geleen, and ask for confirmation of the appointment.
