Very good screens and exceptional after-sales service!

I confirm the seriousness of Oray, particularly in terms of after-sales service. Products are delivered quickly and very well protected. The competition should follow their example.

1 star because we can not put less !!! more than 2 months that we expect a screen. No sale possible to the professional Must go through wholesalers (therefore handling of transport in addition). 1st order the wireless button does not arrive on the screen, it is lost nobody knows where it is.
2 nd order the screen arrives, nickel cardboard parcel, nickel white aluminum trunk but the engine mount is exploded inside, the plastic engine head is exploded. Oray's response is transportation !!!! You should make a reservation even when the package has nothing.

In short, another French box that will complain when it sinks, hopefully some foreign boxes are more responsive and sell directly.
advice buy another brand ...

Following a plastic part which broke (my canvas must happily exceed the decade without anything having changed) I called the after-sales service ... I sum up in just one word: exemplary. I was called back the same morning, a part was sent (the engineers worked hard because the new part is extremely resistant), an instruction manual received by email and everything is back to normal.
Personally I do not regret my purchase at the time ... not so expensive in view of the after-sales service behind. I recommend 100%

Customer service at the top, thank you to Catherine. At first, I was not happy, I lost a remote control of an old screen and Oray no longer manufactures it so basically without remote control impossible to operate the screen which had to go to the trash ... You imagine my frustration (even if I can only blame myself for having lost the remote control). After-sales service contacted and immediately Catherine struggled in confinement and offered to wait for the reopening and send me a remote control if she found one. 2 days after the deconfinement it confirms the sending. It doesn't matter if it works or not, the service is impeccable, thank you again.
