No words to describe the amazing hospitality provided by the staff. The rooms are just mind blowing. Excellent food and ambience. Very well maintained and taken care of without harming nature.

As a loyal guest for Evolve Back for the last 15 years, my most recent visit to the Coorg property was a little disappointing. The serenity around the resort has disappeared. The rain in August was absent. Also, the class of people visiting the resort has fallen. They have many unruly and impertinent guests who turn the restaurant into a circus. The food at plantain leaf in my most recent visit was mediocre. Even the Granary had a very disappointing menu. Hope the resort goes back to it's good old days.

This is the worst hotel ever stayed in my 30 years of travelling experience,staff were very rude in their behaviour,they don't even have minimum mannerse ,they almost wasted 1 hour 30 mins for check in it self.they were more concious of bosting their resort history rather than customer satisfaction.in one word its the worst worst worst . better stay away .
What a resort ! It's heaven on earth. Filled with lush greenery, this place is sure to entice everyone. The hospitality of the staff is worthy of mention. They have been conscious to save the environment and give back, what we get from the environment. It's a to be place to be visited by one and all... Truly awesome experience.

We had a short 4 day Anniversary vecation at Evolve back in Jan 2020 and rented the Lily pool Villa which was stunning. Impeccable service - the staff is extremely well trained to show you a good time and ensure your privacy. The property is gorgeous and well maintained - we spotted the giant Malabar squirrel on the property along with at least 15 species of birds. There are 3 restaurants - and the food is really good at all three with enough variety for everyone. And the team at the property made our Anniversary very special with small experiences thrown in throughout our visit. Strongly recommend a visit whether you're a couple or a family.

Probably the best in hospitality and hotel services I can guarantee. I give 10/10 for location, maintenance, hygiene and food. The stay was probably the best I could ask for. I agree the cost is a little on the higher side but I feel they do justify that with the amount of efforts they put in to maintain the resort. Food is awesome. They have three different restaurants with different cuisines for continental, Indian, South Indian and panasian delicacy. Ofcourse a special mention is the persuasion they do to make u eat more and more. But I think it's all 10/10
Beautiful natural eco friendly place to relax and chill out.
Really a good treat. Favourably comparable to any five Star Carabian island resort. Very good and caring staff. My wife had difficulty in walking , the staff was very helpful in giving support . Hostesses very friendly and enjoyed working with guests. Definitely recommend to our friends.
Located on the banks of cauvery this is an absolutely beautiful place , serene and cozy , amazing food just like home cooked food , great views , fun activities , great hospitality by the hosts , to the point where we were overwhelmed by them.
Ms. Shilpa was extremely helpful from our check in till our checkout , we'd like to thank her for her good service. We'd also like to send tons of thanks to Mr. Lithin the naturalist , Mr. Chandy kunju the head chef, Mrs. Jenny from the coffee museum , The room service team , Mr. Gautham from peppercorn and particularly the flutist who gave us goosebumps with his music . Every saturday there's an outdoor dinner which was splendid. We stayed for four days and we wanted to extend the trip because we just couldn't get enough of this place and the people. We'd like to thank each and every staff from evolve back for giving us this extraordinary stay and service. We loved it and we'd be visiting this beautiful place soon.
Really good place for a break from your usual routine of life. The food was great too at the granary restaurant. BUT the service was horrible. Won't blame the staff who were trying their best to serve with a smile but blame the management for under staffing. No special requests were taken care of. Food takes 2 hours to be served at restaurants. So half your day goes at waiting for food. House keeping was also very poor due to non availability of staff. Buggies are available to travel around but not once did I get it as that was under staffed too so be prepared to walk. Lighting in the entire property is very poor so walking in the dark hours is not safe as there are snakes around. Overall the experience was not as great to the price paid. Really needs improvement. Kind of disappointed!

Scenic place with excellent hospitality, food and services with nearly maintained individual cottages with attached pools. Worth for the money that you give there.
It is nature at its best. You are in a serene atmosphere, pamoered with pure air, water and delicious food. Individual pool in all cottages are maintained exceptionally well. Excellent hospitality and evening cultural programmes from different part of Karnataka are icing on the cake. Had once in life time vacation.

A luxurious plantation property, almost 2 decades old..yet so well maintained.. The room service is a bit slow, expected given the spread of the property.. BUT it's with a perpetual smile..
I searched for the word to capture the superb service orientation.. it's the PRIDE, the sense of ownership of the place that each one puts forth, right from the general manager to the ladies keeping it sparkling clean that makes the experience worthwhile..
the chef takes care of each little idiosyncrasy.. it's in the details.. it's the perpetual smile.. and the way they organised the special dinners.. outstanding..

We had a great weekend getaway at Evolve Back in Coorg. Great staff that goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great vacation. The Heritage Pool Villas are gorgeous and Umesh from housekeeping was so kind and accommodating to ensure our room and pool was cleaned everytime we needed it to be.

Orange County Coorg is luxury personified .Right from the ambiance to the interiors to the hospitality,the service., the food [they have 3 restaurants serving delectable cuisine] to the nature walks and the sight seeings they provide;is fantastic .the villa with jacuzzi and swimming pool attached is awesome .truly worth every rupee one spends .Orange County has been the best experience of my life
Calm, soothing, clean place. Slightly on the expensive side, but worth the splurge once atleast.
We stayed in Lilly pool cottage. Wonderful experience. I loved private pool. Food I enjoyed in three different restaurant inside the resort. Candle light dinner is a memorable one. All staffs were friendly. Bird watching activity was new experience, we enjoyed it.

Amazing luxury resort. Fabulous activities like nature trail, bird watching, boating, infinity pool, village tour. Only thing is you have to be physically fit and active to enjoy all the activities. Delicious food !!!
