If your a small business, dont waste your time or money. We ran a ora account for 6 months and it was a big flop. They would keep "working on it" and "let me see what I can do" but just became a huge waste of my money. All show no go.

They know how to make business and fool, We paid for particular phrase (Ad word campaign) eventually they never used those phrases.

Long story short. . Never trust there phone conversations get everything done in writing.

Where do I start. It's been 7 weeks since we signed an AdWords contract with OraHQ. We have now been billed three times and our account is still not ready. Communication has been appallingly slow, with some emails taking up to a week to get a response to. They have a great sales pitch and are very convincing, but as soon as we signed the contract things went downhill. After complaining to senior management I was offered a meeting to express my concerns and was subsequently assured things would improve. They did not. I agree with the other reviews here, and strongly encourage you not to sign a contract with them. I suggest finding a company that offers a flat fee structure without fixed contracts (Ora takes 40% of your AdWords spend and required a 3 month minimum sign up period which turns into 5 months minimum becasue you have to give 60 days' notice AFTER the 3 months). We should have done more research into them before signing up, but you live and learn. Today we have asked to cancel out contract after being told to be patient 7 weeks in to a process we were told would take 2-3. A member of their senior management also had the audacity to lecture me about business acumen when I advised him their service was terrible, and we would be breaking our contract. Apparently 0 stars is not an option so I guess they get one.
