I had an issue with payment which was my error it turns out called them up spoke with an employee within minutes issue solved.
It's nice these days to actually be able to call a company (not wait an hour) speak with a human have them resolve a problem and have them assist you... these guys delivered.

Absoloute scam. If you have a problem with a purch...

Absoloute scam. If you have a problem with a purchase, no assistance is provided from BikeExchange. So you have to question what is the point of using BikeExchange portal? Dont waste your time; go to your local retailer, wiggle, chain reaction etc and stop supporting these useless websites that deliver zero value to the customer.

I bought my most recent bike on BikeExchange and it was a great experience. I got the best bike and BikeExchange was so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. I can't thank them enough. I will definitely recommend this site for anything bike related!

I purchased some valve extenders via BikeExchange ...

I purchased some valve extenders via BikeExchange from one of their sellers Rudy Projects on 17 April. Ten days later on 27 April I finally received an email saying they had shipped, which included a tracking link for Australia Post. Only the tracking link said it hadn't been picked up yet. The email said to wait another ten business days before contacting them about non-delivery. So I waited until 11 May (two weeks since they apparently shipped) - still no delivery, tracking said it still hadn't been picked up. I emailed both BikeExchange and Rudy Projects. No answer. I waited until 15 May and then emailed both companies again. No answer. I waited until 17 May and then tried calling Rudy Projects...I was on hold for a while and then dumped into a message box. So I called BikeExchange - it said I had either called outside their business hours or they were busy and then it hung up on me (this was 3:30 on a Thursday afternoon).

It has now been a month since I ordered from them. I still have not received my goods. Tracking says they've never shipped. Neither company will answer their phones or multiple emails.

For Sellers, this company offers no protection against credit card fraud! After 3 large orders for our products were placed through this platform, high value goods were sent from our company to their clients, after we followed their confirmation protocol. These customers were later found to be fraudulent sales using stolen credit card details. Bike exchange are now expecting us to pay them back the full value of these sales (over $5,000). DODGY! Did they set up this scam? I'm not sure. But Sellers beware.. Read the fine print!!! What kind of online platform would not have insurance against credit card fraud these days???

Purchased a Whyte bike for my wife from the BikeExchange platform and it arrived within a few days. The bike is fantastic, just requiring some straightforward assembly. Purchase and delivery experience were excellent.
