Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd., Pune Review

I haven't worked for Oracle personally. However I've been there for an interview and the company is situated at really good location. The lavasa road is always been one of the best roads for bike riding.

In outskirts of Pune, but a nice place well maintained. The approach road to this place need to improved before its too late.

Really nice campus. Spacious and Clean. The location is like a hill station.

Good company to work for. Mature organization in terms of processes. Excellent work life balance. Stability, security and flexibility are plus point of oracle. Appraisal and increment is a bit of concern. Overall good company for long term association.

It is an software multinational company. Mostly in world all companies using only oracle databases. Its has very big brand in IT sector.. this is located near to chandni chok. Pune on mulsi road. It has very good climate and greenary.

Best place to work if your manager is good and increment is done every year..

Located at remote location and will maintained. As a suggestion proper signboards to navigate will be appreciated.

The infrastructure is simply awesome. It is quite a chill place to work. It pretty much depends on your manager.

The area is quite clean and green as compared to hustle bustle of the city. Its also touching to Ambrosia Resort on Mulshi Road.

World class infrastrures, facilities and environment.

The work culture in the company is not as good as the name of the company suggests. Poor planing of projects and resources, aged and reserved employees make this workplace a dull affair.
No annual celebrations, non-employee-friendly leave policies.
Certainly, there are some nice perks too, to work with such big name. But those do not exceed the expectations.

Previously known as iFlex, is now acquired by oracle and known as OFSS. Good campus right next to Ambrosia resort. Good place to work at with ample of facilities for recreational purposes.

OFSS is good company.Environment is very good, learning opportunities.

Its the Iflex Solutions Office that was a takeover by ORACLE and hence now it has been re-branded as OFFS and is considered a part of Oracle India Pvt Ltd.

Oracle building is 1st building when take ambrosia hotel road. Good company, nice work culture.
