The work culture in the company is not as good as the name of the company suggests. Poor planing of projects and resources, aged and reserved employees make this workplace a dull affair.
No annual celebrations, non-employee-friendly leave policies.
Certainly, there are some nice perks too, to work with such big name. But those do not exceed the expectations.
