This place is not a scam, they just do things differently. I have been with them for a couple months working a contract with a shipping company. They are one of the few temp companies who actually pay you on time every time.

Must to shut down this agency asap ,This agency is scam , they didn't pay me for 2 weeks ,I still calling them they Ignore my calls ,

All this company wants is your personal information. If they ever call you just hang up. I dont even know how the hell they got my number

Everyone I interacted with at Opusing was extremely helpful and kind. They answered my emails usually within 30 minutes or less, often within only 10 minutes or less. They were very thorough and made sure that I understood everything during the Onboarding process. They also helped whenever I had a question, and always provided very kind support. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with them!!

My experience working with Opusing was very positive. My recruiter made the overall hiring process so easy going and she was extremely helpful.

I have a bone to pick with opusing. I currently work for a great company that they got me in as a 6 month temp. I love the pay and I can call at anytime during the day for any assistance. But the big problem I have is I was forwarded to their accounting department in which they told me, "They was not required to give me my paystubs". Which to me is a shock. Because all the work I have ever done I have always kept my stubs. If I wanted to get a place, or even a car, you need your stubs. And in the state I'm in, I am required to recieve a paystub if the employer has more than 3 employees. Yet I still never see my hours etc.. But I do get paid. But this is not good.

Monika was really responsive and helpful! She acted as the perfect go-between in getting my questions and concerns answered...And ultimately helping me land my new job. Great service!

I have been working here from last 6 years. It is a great company and really enjoy working with my co-worker. People here are very cooperative and they treat you like a family. They are the leaders in there field.

Scam, they called saying they saw my resume and had a job for me then at the end of the phone call requested that I send them my resume!?!? BEWARE ITS A SCAM

If you are a company looking to cut costs for recruitment these are your guys, if you are a person looking for a new job these aren't your guys.

I call these guys a gong show for disorganization. Let's look at recruiter number #2 as I call him. E-mailed me at 7:30 at night asked me to call him about a job. Now I did just that, he couldn't find my resume or the job. Since I had this job offered to me before I helped him remember it, same salary and terms as when I turned this job down last week.

If the above short version isn't bad enough, where I live (Montreal, QC) is having a labour shortage as of the time of this review (Jan 2018). They were offering me less money than my current job. Why would anyone change jobs for less money?

As far as I am concerned if a company can't keep track of who its contacting, or where their resumes are and are In this business they should not be simple as that.

SCAM! They call wanting your info.What job calls and ask for your W2's .Can"t understand a word they say.Stay far away.Beware of a person called Rachinia ummmm.the name also is fake.

Great company to work for. The representatives were professional and eager to help with any questions or concerns. The hiring process is thorough and quick!

My experience with them was nearly perfect. They placed me in a great project at Coca Cola. They explained things well to me and the recruiter that worked with me was super nice. He even contacted me after I was placed to check in and answer questions. Highly recommended staffing agency!

I ve worked for Opusing for 3 months now! Saad which is my recruiter has been great to work with. Anytime I had questions or needed help he made sure to get me the answer or help quickly. Pay is pretty good too and because I was a temp worker I didn t qualify for a company bonus but after forwarding the email to Opusing they agreed I deserved the bonus too and they gave me the amount my co workers got! So far so good!

This place is VERY unprofessional and has a lousy reputation for ripping people off!

First because you all helped me find a fantastic job! And second because you are very professional to work with.

I have been working with Opusing LLC from last 3 years as a full time employee and my overall experience is really good.

I must say this company is one of the best staffing company in the market.

I was just currently hired as a contractor to possible permanent hire for GE. The recruiter for the position was Nitish and he was very helpful, and informative in the the recruiting process. The hiring process was smooth and took a little over 2 weeks, from the initial application and interview for the position to being hired and getting a start date. This is a legit recruiting company that I wouldn t mind working with in the future.

Opusing is an excellent organization. No issues with the employees and they regularly get in touch with employees about anything. It was a nice journey for me with Opusing. I will join back with Opusing if I get a chance to work with them.

On boarding process was very smooth. The staff in general were very professional especially "Paul Adams"-VP who had a lot of patience when asking questions and very easy to be reached.

5 months ago, I received a call from Himanshu with Opusing LLC to offer me a temporary assignment to work for USC Keck School of Medicine. At this time, I had been seeking employment for about a month and I was only getting offers to work for private practices. My goal was to work for a large organization so this was the perfect opportunity for me. Himanshu organized everything for me, including the resume submission, interview process, and on-boarding paperwork. He helped me move through the process quickly and before I know it, I was working for a position that matched my skills perfectly. My assignment has been extended and I am confident that I will be offered a permanent position with USC before the end of year. I even referred my sister to this company and Himanshu is currently helping her find placement. I highly recommend Opusing LLC. Wonderful company.

They are not a scam. However, they say that they are from Mass. Yet, every person that works there are either Pakastani or Hindu. You sometimes have a hard time understanding them, but they are a legit company. My beef with them is that they do not mediate well with the client that I was working with. After a month of working with the company, I was suddenly let go. Now, I do not know if something bad happened between them, but after 6 months of being canned, Opusing called me again about the same position. I was shocked and angry that they would call me about that position. It was a lucrative position, and I was thrown off because of some unknown reason.

Harassing me nonstop even though I never applied for any position and have told them this repeatedly.

Liars they tell something and it is not true and they stop calling without notice and don't respond

I am a registered nurse that sign a contract to work at a nursing home. This company is withholding my pay even after I submitted a timesheet with a manager signature. I am reporting them to the federal trade commission and to the department of labor. Nurses beware of working with this company.
Now this place is harassing me to take down this review but it will stay up in order to warn other nurses.

I ended my interview after 3 minutes.
How does a company expect to conduct a technical interview with a potential client such as myself, when I can't understand nearly a single word the interviewer is saying?
Extremely thick Indian accent.
There was no way we could have had an interview.

Overall experience is fine. Initially i thought they are not legitimate but after doing some research i authorised them to submit my profile to their client. I was hired as a contract employee and its been 6 months now everything is going smooth. Thank you Opusing!

Rishabh is a great recruiter. He walked me though the whole process starting with the job interview, which resulted in a job offer. I wish I worked with him earlier 8 months ago, when I started looking for a job. Thank you so much Rishabh.

Do not work for this company. They found me employment, I took the drug test and back ground check , worked for 2 days and they just terminated my contract and told me not to return to my work site without giving me a reason as to why they are laying me off. Wish I can give them 0 stars.

Placed me at coca-cola and i was fired for no reason at all, never called out, never showed up late, worked hard & was cut for no reason. Those indians running it dont care about you AT ALL I promise.

Here's another one star review. Red flags abound.

Very unprofessional..i was contacted via email and i googled the company to see if they where legit. I started reading the reviews and decide that i was not interested due to so many negative ones. I emailed back said nevermind due to the negative reviews and the response was i don't know where you read your reviews but i will find someone better than you. What professional recruiter insults someone they have never met or spoken to. I would assume none.. most would try to smooth things over and defend the negative reviews and just ask for an opportunity to prove otherwise.. but no immediate insult. Very unprofessional.

I have been working for them since the beginning of March had to turn in my own hours and they paid me every week I quit and now they DON'T WANT TO PAY ME FOR MY LAST TWO WEEKS

They asked right away for my date of birth and SSN. Not happening. Could hardly understand the gentleman that called. STAY AWAY!

I highly recommend Opusing LLC and my recruiter Chris Bennett. They have so many clients all over US. Initially my contract was a 3 Months assignment but its extended now.

I had a good start with them, I haven't had any problems so far. Very responsive, payroll on time, I hope to continue this relationship in the future!

Opusing LLC is a staffing firm that does an exceptional job at placing you where you need to be. I was placed in a prominent company where I was hired on full time. This company has responsive staff that will work with you to resolve any issues should one arise. Bravo.

Worst company getting you your we 2s they really do not follow law for two years now you will not be emailed your w-2 until mid February.

Its been almost a year i'm working here with Opusing and believe me i feel proud to be a part of this company. Great atmosphere, great people around, learnt a lot under the guidance of my Team Leader and Manager.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Should have read all the other reviews, as this staffing agency is a COMPLETE JOKE!

Extremely unprofessional and a bunch of liars. They hound you about potential positions until you say, "yes". Once their clients request to interview you they give you limited information. After the interview is over, they hound you again to give them feedback. Once you have given that to them, they NEVER call or email you with next steps.

I recently called and asked to speak to a manager and basically "tattooed" him with all of the BS that his subordinate put me through. Too boot, they all have a very thick Indian accent which makes it even harder to convey all of my frustrations, which leads me to writing this review.

Advice to all clients and applicants...STAY CLEAR!

Very unprofessional and cutthroat service. Got an email last night around 4:30PM from "Tenzin" regarding a warehouse position with nothing more than the details of the job. No company or wage info until I requested, but I forged ahead and asked for details almost immediately after his initial email. He provided this info and I responded that I would contact him tomorrow with wage requirement, in which I did this afternoon. I informed him that I was interested, learned more about the company thru their website and was actually excited. No more than 10 minutes after I sent in my wage request, I get an email from him stating the position was filled!

I've been thru this BS before with low end, self-fulfilling temp agencies looking for their cut at the expense of your hard work and I have a long standing trade record that over-shadows anyone working in that office with years of trade school and college. Having just moved to TN recently, I just wanted to get my foot in the door somewhere...but you can bet, it won't be through this pathetic agency.

To start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are an employee. It feels like a family. Amazing culture, Great benefits, good pay, awesome people and management.

Submitted me for a contract when I hadn't give them my consent--I'd asked who the client was and the rate of pay, and found that the Opusing agent I spoke with submitted me AFTER my normal contracting agency had. These guys then called me up after an on-site interview with the client and claimed the client didn't know who was representing me! This was a BLATANT LIE since the contract manager at my normal contracting recruiter had submitted me first and already took care of the detail of obtaining my written consent. I'm about *this* close to suing them for misrepresentation and potentially costing me an opportunity.

I have been working with Opusing LLC since 2013 and the journey so far has been amazing, great work environment and solid leadership. Atmosphere is very cool and comfortable.

I started working with Opusing 8 Months ago, I was looking for Job and a recruiter Ankit reached me with a great opportunity. In no time I completed all on-boarding formalities and I got a job. Initially it was a 3 Months contract but its extended now. I Highly recommend Opusing and Ankit. They have so many clients all over US.

Do not use their services. Call another staffing company and the other staffing company will easliy take the contract. They Failed to Pay Me!!!

I was called by Keshav who is employed by Opusing last week and was offered a position and I also received an email stating the pay rate. Keshav told me that I would have a tour with the company I was placed with on Monday or Tuesday and my start date would be August 23. I called back to confirm the tour and start date and hea notified me that my assignment was given to someone else.

I feel really comfortable with these people. Very helpful and very Responsive. I hope to continue this relationship in the future also. Thank you for being very supportive.

Way too aggressive. There was no way the recruiter could have reviewed my credentials between the time I applied and the time he called.

This company is by far the worses company in the universe to work for. They lie to you just to get you off the phone. I have had more problems trying to get my money from them. If I had the resources I would sue them so they can't screw anyone else over again. So please do not work for this company, unless you like to work for free.

This is 100% a scam!! They contacted me saying I had applied for a position as a CNA with them & I never did!! They said it s a 13 week position near where I live & I did apply for a job like that BUT it was a different company!! That ad said the pay would be over $14 an hour but this guy from India saying his name was John Wright told me it would be $12!! I started looking this place up because the number he called me from is not a Boston number like their address is !! I looked on the webpage & did a search for jobs in my state, there are none listed !! I then tried to call the listed phone number but no answer!! After about 5 rings it went to voicemail saying the phone number and that that person was not available!! Also said leave a message or you can hang up and try again!! NO business name or anything a legitimate business would have!! If you look at the pictures that are listed with this search of the Opusing employee s, you will see they are all of Indian dissent!! Also, one last thing, the address says it s a suite but the pictures of the big building show an Opusing sign ONLY!! No other businesses!! So yeah, this is a scam!!

I'm now on my 2nd assignment with Opusing with, collectively, about 4 years with them. Working through Opusing is easy and efficient. The support staff is very well organize and highly responsive to any issues that come up. They work well with end-client so everything works very seamlessly.

I currently employ with Opusing and I have been with them for 1 year. My contract is with Allergan and I must say Opusing is a really good company to work for they really take care of their employees and their needs.

One of the best temp agencies I ve ever worked for! I would definitely recommend them to other people. They always communicated with me & etc.

Very unprofessional! Recruiter (Manali) was supposed to contact me at 4pm via phone about a contract position in Hawaii and never even bothered to call to discuss any details. This person also could barely speak English (based on a few text messages and an email). What a joke!

Wonderful company to work for. Very friendly and supportive staff. Turn around time for communication was extremely fast as well.

1. They call and I can never understand what they say. I really don't mean to be rue but not once have I gotten a call from someone I could understand, and I am a native English Speaker. 2. Also, if you tell them you are not interested they will spam your email with the position afterwards. They are the worst. When I called to explain I want them to stop bothering me, another gentleman who I could not understand picked up only to later hang up when I asked to speak with a manager.

I have worked for more than 2 yrs with this organisation as a healthcare Recruiter. It was good experience working there before the Covid outbreak. But the management showed their true colours during the lockdown period. They did not deliver what they promised us.

If you are looking for a company to find workers for you I encourage you to find someone else. The pestering and disrespectful manner in which this company tries to contact applicants will run your talent off. (3 calls in 15 minutes, no emails or voicemails, talking over applicants once they answer the phone to find out who is calling and why and incredibly hard to understand, and more.)
