Submitted me for a contract when I hadn't give them my consent--I'd asked who the client was and the rate of pay, and found that the Opusing agent I spoke with submitted me AFTER my normal contracting agency had. These guys then called me up after an on-site interview with the client and claimed the client didn't know who was representing me! This was a BLATANT LIE since the contract manager at my normal contracting recruiter had submitted me first and already took care of the detail of obtaining my written consent. I'm about *this* close to suing them for misrepresentation and potentially costing me an opportunity.
