If you are a company looking to cut costs for recruitment these are your guys, if you are a person looking for a new job these aren't your guys.

I call these guys a gong show for disorganization. Let's look at recruiter number #2 as I call him. E-mailed me at 7:30 at night asked me to call him about a job. Now I did just that, he couldn't find my resume or the job. Since I had this job offered to me before I helped him remember it, same salary and terms as when I turned this job down last week.

If the above short version isn't bad enough, where I live (Montreal, QC) is having a labour shortage as of the time of this review (Jan 2018). They were offering me less money than my current job. Why would anyone change jobs for less money?

As far as I am concerned if a company can't keep track of who its contacting, or where their resumes are and are In this business they should not be simple as that.
