Fantastic product set, good website and easy ordering.
They make returning an item far more complicated that it needs to be and the courier service isn't great.
1. UPS doesn't give you an allocated time for delivery so you are forced to wait in all day.
2. I received a text telling me my item would arrive on a set day. It did not arrive until the next day
3. You are required to contact OPUMO to get details on how to return an item rather than them just having the information available on their website.
4. When you receive an email back from them, they forget to attached the returns form so you have to email them again.
There was a mix up with my order but the customer service has been excellent.

As well as receiving a great product at a good price with quick shipping I also experienced very good customer service. I sent a query late in the afternoon and immediately received a helpful, friendly and more than satisfactory response/resolution.
I can really recommend OPUMO. In particular the customer service I received was outstanding, both when I was considering a purchase and when returning some unwanted products. Liam in particular deserves a shout out, thank you. Will definitely shop here again :-)

Purchased Oliver Cabell Shoes and stated it was in stock. Next thing you know, it said it was out of stock and therefore was refunded a lesser amount due to the exchange rate which is based on the date of the refund instead of date of purchase which I understand. However what I don't understand and particularly frustrated about is why did the online sales system allow me to make a purchase if there wasn't any stock? I lost about 16 dollars in the currency exchange due to this inconvenience.
Opumo has some of my favourite brands and is a really nicely designed marketplace. Good clothes, shoes, accessories & homeware. Also, really started to enjoy the editorial side of it!

Ordered from Opumo and needed help with regards to when I was to expect delivery. Liam Frampton responded and sent me the information I needed. Plus I have received my delivery. Will 100% use this Opumo again.

I can't really find a reason not to use Opumo. Their unbiased understanding of design and style demonstrates a wide range of fashions across lots of products from clothes to furniture to tech. I have made over 10 orders now and all of them have been seamless. In fact, they've been enjoyable ! I love the packaging and the whole experience. Even the magazine is a great read. It's fair to say they have changed the way I shop

Do you planning to return an order to Opumo? Forget it! They will start to talking about you've ripped off your clothes: yes, not use or something like that, but RIP OFF! By the way, I'm not Hulk or Hulk Hogan.
They will send to you images about damage too: but they are not a .jpeg or .png files, so you can only imagine about it!
So, all that they can refund is their apologize.
These guys are awesome. They ran out of an item I ordered then contacted me and offered me with something similar but a little more expensive. That's outstanding customer service. (Thank you Gene)
