Arrived at the airport on a Sunday morning to find that my flight was cancelled without any heads up. Things happen but I tried to reach their main number and found that they were closed. Called their after hours number and it ran for almost 4 minutes and then it gives you a not in service message.
BEWARE! Scammer company. They use spoofing to look like they're calling from a local number. Also very rude when you call back so there's that.
Revision (at owners request): this is the company and location provided when I asked for the headquarters and to speak with a manager.
As a business owner i have to much on my mind to worry about getting my guys from point A to point B. Options travel takes this off my plate about things to worry about.
