Law Office of Michael Bialys The DUI MAN Review

I can t say enough about the entire staff with this law firm. First off Michael was very knowledgeable and professional from the beginning. He knows his business and was honest and open about everything. And I m not talking about the typical BS that every lawyer has to make you feel comfortable and trust them, just to get you to sign on and pay the bill. He shoots the situation straight, be it pleasant or not, then explains where his strengths and experience can help in your case.
Now my issue happened right before this Covid nightmare happened, so there were delays, no DMV open, no companies offering programs open, and many other obstacles to overcome. But he stuck with it and fought the fight for me through it all.
Then on this last leg of the ordeal, my case was handed to one of his fellow partners, probably because I live far away. To me this is a frightening turn of events. I have had top notch attorneys in the past be doing grand and hand the ball over to an associate, and everything fall to pieces. Not with this law firm. Michael gave the ball to Tal Koyman who didn t just hold his ground and make sure nothing went wrong, but ran with it and didn t quit until he was victorious! Tal negotiated a deal for me that quite honestly, I didn t even have any expectations of receiving from beginning till the end.
I cannot recommend this law firm enough! If I could leave a 10 star review, I would. If you have gotten a DUI and your license is important to you, don t risk going to anyone else for help. Michael Bialys is the only person to contact.

I wish there was something to add to all the bad yelp reviews already written.... but it looks like the reviews already tell it all . The fact that he s too stupid to even realize that HE is the only one leaving good reviews for himself on google and Facebook with his own DUI MAN account should let you all know just how competent he is. Not even smart enough to leave a fake review how can he outsmart the court system?

If you want to waste your money and time, then this is the place to go. If you want to never know what is going on with your case and to stress over whether or not he s going to actually show up, then Michael Bialys is the lawyer for you. If you want to get yelled at over the phone by a office administrators who can t even speak English or tell you anything about your case while having surprise withdrawals taken out of your account without permission, then look no further ! If you want to prolong your court case with unnecessary extended court dates and DMV continuances, The DUI Man is the lawyer you ve been looking for. If you like not so pleasant surprises like warrants and suspended licenses due to your lawyer not knowing that he had a hearing, then stop looking! You have found your man !

Michael Bialys is nothing but a 2nd string lawyer that barely passed the bar. If he was actually any good at being a lawyer then he wouldn t have to resort to the pathetic scams and desperate money making schemes that he pulls every day. A team is only as good as the man leading them ... and the man leading this business is a joke. So, if you re looking for a clown, grab some popcorn and take a seat! You have arrived at the circus

When I first talked to him I thought I was going to have someone that was going to fight for me! So I paid him in full up front and I found out I had made a mistake. I was injured by the cop at the time of the arrest and Mike told me, we would have the case dismissed because of that! Nothing could have farther from the truth! I ended up having a different attorney every time I went to court and not one of them was Mike!! At the end of it all if I just went to court on my own and plead gulity I would have gotten the exact the same sentence that I received with the help of the DUI MAN in other words he was no help at all and it cost me one hell of a lot of money!!! This post was not written by Robin Malone but by her fiance Michael Bishop it was my case. Also I have kept all the texts he sent me and can prove everything I have stated. Do lots of research and pick someone thats not this guy!!!

Very pleased with the service I have received from this firm. I highly recommend this firm.

Oh and I am a real client. Im glad I had his council the first time and will be retaining his council again Lol worth every penny.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Lawyer!! Had problems with him since the beginning of my case!! Horrible communication skills and HORRIBLE attorney!! Does not care about you or your case, just wants your money. Had the audacity to not show up to my last court date and when i confronted him about it he up and quits leaving me with no attorney. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Do your research before hiring this loser. Had another attorney comment on his work and even they said he was horrible and out of practice for the last 3 YEARS.

I would like to say this team of people are the best in the busy. Tal Koyman is the guy I dealt with here and he was very personal and respectful even at times I wasn't very happy he stayed respectful to me. I contacted Michael to help me out and he was very pleasant at first. I was about to sign up with him, but did my research and found out that he is a complete fraud and a scam artist. When you start reading his reviews, it always says, he will be willing to help you out until he gets paid. Then he doesn't show up for court and doesn't doesn't contact the DMV and pretty soon you have a suspended driver's license and a warrant out for your arrest. I've never seen so many awful reviews for a lawyer, especially one that's been practicing for 17 years! Michael charged my credit card $3,000 without my consent. I told them that I wanted to hold off and do some more research about him and his firm. I contacted him a couple of hours later to tell him that I do not want to use his services. He then proceeded to tell me how much work he has done on my case...which was complete BS and that he is going to charge me $500 and refund me $2500. I asked him to provide proof of what he did and all he sent me was a one page automated fax that was sent to the DMV by his assistant. I contacted the DMV the next day and they did not hear from him or receive a fax, so I am sure that it was a complete lie. He told me that he had a court date set up which was completely false. After I had requested my money back again for the 5th time, he again refused now saying he is going to hold all my funds in a "trust". I do not even know how he can hold my money when we terminated our agreement and he sent me a letter stating that I will no longer be using his services. He spent the whole day texting me back and forth on how he is deserving of the money that he scammed from me. If he was so busy, how does he have so much time to text me a bunch of non sense when he can be making $500 scamming another one of his clients. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!!!! He is as Douchey as he looks in this picture!!!!!!! I wish I had read all the reviews before even contacting this fraud of a lawyer. He kept on telling me how he has 45 great reviews and 9 bad reviews is barely even a passing grade and nothing to brag about. Please do not use this guy.
