probably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, Kathy Fite is absolutely rude, we are switching to turning point technologies I advise you do as well.

Was looking into a polling a system and decided after calling a couple this is probably the worse, option of the three. Customer service is just plain horrible and the Director of Special Products Kathy Fite is just plain rude.

One stop shop for all of your audience response keypad needs. Great folks !

If I could rate zero stars I would, we had a staff member leave our company and she had all the info for our option power. I had issue getting it registered to a new computer I called and spoke to Kathy Fite, Director of Special Projects. She has to be one of the rudiest people I have ever spoken to. Absolutely horrible customer service. This company nickels and dimes you like no other and is outrageously priced. There are much better options out there available many free ones as well.
