Over priced, basic accommodation. The biggest issue is they put a holding fee for the accommodation and then on checkout you have to pay again. Appreciate the original amount is only a holding fee but the money has come out of my account and I now have to wait for it to be returned. I think this is wrong way to take payments from customers.
A casino-resort that is very spacious, including wide corridors and high ceilings; located next to the beach, has a splash bar next to a big pool, function spaces, amazing restaurants throughout the hotel, amazing staff, casino, beach-themed carpets and vibey rooms that overlook the sea on both sides! I do wonder why it wasn t rated 5 stars!

The staff is highly well trained and very helpful. Very good service.
The rooms are modern, very clean, cosy and comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning (we were lucky to be at the 19th floor, view of the sea...).
The restaurants do have high quality of food, especially the Asian restaurant, Miss Songs.
Great drinks and cocktails, great variety of food.
The pool is great and very enjoyable, especially with the Splash Bar.
Highly recommended!

I absolutely love this hotel! Our first visit was after a trip to Maggie Island only using the pool area. Our second visit a week ago we decided to stay there 2 nights. It was my friend s birthday and we were surprised by a little gift upon arrival! Everything in our stay was perfect, from the food, the spa to the facilities! We will definitely be back and I highly recommend staying here
No keno TV in restaurant and had to go into casino to buy tickets.

Nice little casino. Bouncers are really nice and the place is really clean. They dont use coins. When playing with the pokie machines you will be issued a card from any of the floor staff. Once you aquire one you just have to insert into the machine of your choice and then you can add your cash. When you want to withdraw you just click the collect button and then pull out your card. There is also a smoking section inside on the far right and a little TAB/Sportsbar to the right as well where you can watch sports on the big screen. Free tea/coffee is available at the self serve machine. Enjoy and good luck!
I just ordered food ...my group needed more sauce...I knew that that all staff were being hammered. I asked and the lovely lady said "what do you need?" So graciously provided more sauce in about 3.5 flat. This is awesome and she should be appreciated for duress under fire!!!! Thanks Ville team we know how hard you work on public holidays!
The pool is beautiful - however not enough pool chairs on the deck. Pool menu food is quite overpriced for what it is and takes a really really long time at the Splash Bar, I was probably waiting 1.5 hours just for chips, but wasn t told there would be a wait.
Hands in Harmony is the best part of the hotel. Wonderful staff + very relaxing.
Miss Songs has brilliant food (especially the duck) but staff are not very friendly + attentive.
Love coming to the Ville, but always am let down by the staff + lack of communication when there is a wait.
