I went to an interview a month ago. I noticed that the interview procedure was too good.

Joined OM as a software Engineer,

Its a great oppurtunity for fresher to kick start their carrer in IT industry with OM. They are giving freedom to learn new technologies, working atmosphere is very good. Looking for a great journey ahead

they ask blank cheq as a security (2 years bond) and also certificates for freshers. worst experince with interview.

My Review on Option Matrix

I Recently joined as a Software Engineer in Option Matrix. This company gives lot of importance to freshers for starting their career and grow technically and financially. I mean company offers a detailed training and offers a salary growth also. Currently I am under training process and leaning front end skills. Realised after attending the Induction from People First team, Company is good in encouraging the self expression and give opportunity at the earlier stage (Youth Leadership) to all new joiners.

I've been working in OM since 7 months as HR executive.
I liked the atmosphere and OM culture a lot. Values employees self expression....
Supportive and Coolest HR team and CEO .
I suggest freshers to do join in OM and get mastery in your profession.

I have joined option matrix recently as a UI Designer. My whole interview process was online through skype and I joined immediately. Everyone one is very supportive and the organization main focus is on youth leadership and self expression which actually helps one is building a great personality.

Pros:
Great environment, people are friendly and helping me with the certifications on UI Development.

Organization focuses on fitness and youth leadership, to nurture the individual brings out the best.

Your thoughts and opinions are valued and the organization helps and support individuals in learning new things.

Cons:
Should provide two weekly offs per month.

I got an opportunity to join Option Matrix as a software engineer.
I am selected after going through 5 rounds of interview process. Excited to work with Option Matrix. Organization give lot of importance to fitness and subject matter expertise. Looking forward a great journey ahead.

Pros:

Very good opportunity as a fresher to start with. Can improve skills and grow professionally.

Observed that celebration of diversity, faster growth in leadership opportunities and self expression is the core value.

I am happy to work with great people around, people are supportive and inspiring.

Cons:

Employee benefits like insurance, bonus are missing.

I have joined Option Matrix as software developer. I had 4 rounds of interview which were IQ round followed by GM rounds then technical round and lastly an interactive round with the CEO. The team is very supportive towards each other and are very friendly. The company strives towards youth leadership which is very good opportunity to improve your technical skills and the leadership qualities.

Opportunity to work at Option Matrix Infotech is super with tremendous respect and admiration.
Their preference to freshers, youth Leadership's is really admirable. This would definitely lead to an incredible development in us.

My experience with Option Matrix:

I have joined this organization recently as a Recruitment Manager. I have gone through a 5 step Process 1. HR round, 2. IQ Test, 3. MBTI(Personality Test), 4. GM Round 5. CEO Round. It was an awesome experience, especially the final round of the interview process which was very unique and interesting.

Pros:
1.This organization facilitates Employee Friendly Environment.
2. Roles and Responsibilities of my job are very clear and the induction process was done via HR Team and Open House.
3. The employee selection process is unique. It mainly focuses on employees fitness and inter personal skills like a high IQ, Subject Matter Expertise(SME), Energy, Communication Skills and Happy quotient.
4. Organization provides Youth-Leadership Opportunities.

Cons:
1. Organization should provide salary hikes Half-Yearly rather than Annually across all the roles not only for programmers.
