Good room for the price. Just needed a quick place to stay overnight and it fit the bill. The staff was all exceptional and nice. I even chatted with the maintenance team for a while about some projects they had going on. The included breakfast buffet was also a nice touch.
I enjoyed my stay at the Howard Johnson. The rooms are comfortable and the balcony, with these perfect temps we've been having lately, it's a match made.
Antique hotel in a lost part of albuquerque I'm surprised how this place has been kept up. Lobby is off a little but hallways and rooms look nice. Nice staff, secure area
Front desk lady, Quinn, was awesome. She had some issues checking us in but she worked it out. She also help print some urgent docs for me. Thanks Quinn. Great work!
Dont stay here. Bad area. Hallways smell like marijuana. Property is rundown. Loud music and loud guest at 3am. Did not feel safe. No breakfast as advertised.
I am employed with Gopuff as driver/ deliverer. my experience there was great. you walk into customer service it was nice and cool in there perfect actually. The ride to 5th floor was absolutely chill and relaxing . pretty nice and clean hotel.. keep up good work
Very poor service and false advertisement! Website says breakfast and pool are open but that is not true. We asked for extra towels at 9am and didn't get anything for hours even after calling the front desk and asking multiple times. They say the beds are queens but that is definitely false . They are full size . Plus the ABQ police were there knocking at our neighbors door for 15 minutes. Just ghetto. Wouldn't recommend. Will not be staying here again. The only nice part about it was the staff at night who checked us in were super sweet .
Its great for what it is. Cheap, affordable, reliable. House keeping are very attentive. It is very easy to get whatever you need replaced. Very cleanly.
Not at all a good safe place to stay!! I couldn't find parking but when I did there was a car with 2 people in it and 1 standing outside the car. Looked sketch AF I was afraid to leave my car because they looked like they were scoping things out waiting for people checking in to see what they left in their cars. Not very inviting and very intimidating if you don't know the street life. I was in town 4 days but moved motels because it was so bad. So sad because I know it was a very nice place to stay at one point!
We checked in on December 10th I'm not sure the name of the front desk lady but she was AWESOME! I love the balcony and the view I ALWAYS stay here when I come to Albuquerque . I understand there are some exceptions during covid but with no pool and no breakfast the price could have been adjusted. The room was perfect as usual, but the halls and common areas were very dirty.
